- Trooper's Narrative:
The Little Rock Police Department requested assistance with a vehicle pursuit traveling southbound on Interstate 430
approaching the Bass Pro Exit. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Little Rock PD. (2024-043230) I caught up to the vehicle
pursuit near Alexander Road and Stagecoach Road. The vehicle avoided a Little Rock Police Officers Stop-Sticks and traveled
east on Stagecoach Road. I maneuvered to the primary position in the pursuit and attempted to perform a vehicle intervention
with my patrol car to stop the fleeing suspect. My first intervention attempt was not successful. The vehicle continued east on
Stagecoach and was now approaching Otter Creek Road. The suspect traveled past Otter Creek Road and I was able to
perform a Tactical Vehicle Intervention near Chateaus Lane. I contacted the vehicle on the left rear corner so the vehicle
rotated counter clockwise and traveled off the north shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle came to rest facing southeast. The
driver and passenger were placed in custody without further incident. Little Rock Police Department took custody of the
suspects. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

💙💙 thank you law enforcement for risking your life along with innocent bystanders for pursuing and arresting THIS moron!!! You aren't paid enough 💙💙😙
HAHA Everybody got ALL Soak and wet in the Rain with There Clothes on' so 😁
where do you get access to these videos?
Running from the cops on parole. Do Not Pass Go,
Go Straight Back to Prison
John 8:44 Go straight to ell.
Officer almost sounded bored in that chase ... so calm, cool, and collected
Sounds like the ASP. If i ever go to that state and seen lights flashing behind me, you bet your a$$ i would be pulled over, car off and wallet/info in hand. Ain't giving them any reason
Serious brass balls and skill to be driving that fast in a downpour.
No skills, he’s deranged. A few screws loose and addictions.
ASP yup
"aqua planing" is no fun......i've had it....got myself better tyres after that.....
They ain't brass, they are Titanium....
LHRN why do you delete my comments? Do you like the disparaging comments they make about blacks. You are black, right?
I am amazed the officer could even see too drive in that storm. Wow, awesome work!
That had to be a tough Pit in driving rain ! Great job by the officer !
Excellent PIT maneuver.
While the perp's car is still rotating, the officer is looking at road signs to inform dispatch of the location. Impressive!
Thank you.
110 in the rain. Much respect.
Agreed. I was wondering what tires they have on the cops' cars, and if all PD across the nation buy from the same manufacturer.
He passed 120 in that rain.... and those tires, the most common ones run $200-250 each and only get 20-30k miles on them, softer and very "grippy" kind of tread... and Goodyear makes this most commonly used tire...
@@texaswildcat2000 Thanks for the info. I was thinking that couldn't be because of the expenses, but I guess I am wrong.
God bless all our heroic LEO’s
Even the ones to stupid to walk away when a chase becomes exceedingly dangerous to the law abiding public!
@@5150Bud yep and even the ones who don’t know to use too instead on to 🤓
@@5150Bud Can't let a criminal go free, and its up to the perp to stop, move along now .
The officer was driving 110 MPH in the pouring rain? That takes balls!
Great pit! So smooth!
well they get alot of practice
Somebody get that trooper a bottle of Rain X
NO!!! That stuff is awful if you’ve got to use your wipers at night. Leaves a white smear of microscopic water beads behind the blades that looks like white grease. Ask me how I know…😮
How do you know
@@imaspaceboy I’ve used RainX extensively in the past. And I tried it on my car windshield once when I first started using it. At that time I had the experience of it causing a dangerous obstruction to my vision when driving in the rain with the windshield wipers operating. At night with oncoming car headlights it is really dangerous. And once you figure that out it’s really hard to remove from the glass. Your best bet is glass polish applied with a DA orbital polisher.
That said, I highly recommend it for the right application. It works well on the windscreen of any vehicle without wipers if you are traveling over about 35mph. The rain just beads into large drops and blows off the glass. Examples are a motorcycle fairing windscreen or motorcycle helmet face shield. An aircraft windscreen would be a good application too.
The other place I use the product is on all the other windows in a car or truck. I live in Minnesota and I’ve found that RainX makes it hard for ice to stick to glass. So it’s not as likely to accumulate and if it does, it’s much easier to scrape it off if the glass has been treated with RainX.
@@imaspaceboy You just had to ask...😁
Who would want to steal a Nissan Sentra?
I think it's safe to assume it was a usual suspect😂
Guess whose trial starts Monday in NY? Usual suspect.

I ain't got no weapons, I'm on parole. So he just steals a car and runs from the police, LOL. What a stupid way to violate parole.
Stupid is as stupid does.
Yeah but he got a car without having to finance it...
that's how these guys "operate".....
@@philipem1000for as long as he was able to keep it
These guys are 100% unparalleled. Sketchy in the rain when braking and skidding... Always great work, ASP!
Trooper Monroe you Rock! Regular pursuits in good weather are Scary enough, but to drive like you did in the Rain? EPIC!
Top Tip: Rain-X is amazing when applied correctly. I drove for a year without windshield wipers. Topper Tipper: I don't recommend driving without windshield wipers, but in a pinch, you can.
Thsts a hell of a storm to play cops chasing bad guys in cars.
These cops don’t seem to have any common sense when it’s time to back off and catch another day.
@@5150Bud How are you gonna "catch another day" when it's a STOLEN vehicle?

Arkansas State Police never play.
Still betting Tyrone
What a beautiful, stunning and brave (it's MA'AM!!!) you are LMFAO🤣

G-d bless you, Trooper Monroe. My heart was in my throat watching your absolute cool and skill in a mess. KUDOS!
Take a brave man to drive fast in pouring rain! God keep him safe 🙏
Not the usual perp though. Just talk officers here.
Arkansas + Pit + Rain = Yes 👏
Outstanding PIT in these circumstances. Well done!
Wow. Those speeds in rain and darkness! I’d be like “nope”! This time the guy gets away!! Officer Monroe has a big set of balls on him!
RESPECT!
There is no way I could drive that fast let alone doing so in heavy rain!
"I ain't gots no weapons." I wonder who it is?
Another POS car thief.
Speech is not a strong point with their culture.
Great pursuit and PIT in difficult conditions, Sgt Monroe was so calm and in control throughout 👍🏻
How come the usual suspect didn't snivel about laying on wet grass in the rain?
I love those fireworks illusions particularly at 2:20 😮
Dang, that's a big rain storm. Good work!
Those are some good water shedding tires
yep..."heavy wets" in f1
That trooper sure knows how to drive in the rain!
There is a thing called hydroplaning. You do not want to ecperience it on a public road at 90 miles an hour.
i have..and it was at less than that....managed to safe it though......after a few drifts left and right....
ASP hammering down at 120 mph like "what rain"😂
Arkanpit Strikes Back!
👮🏻♂️ - “Who else wants to come out and play?”
Great job, LEO's 🫡
120mph in the rain is nuts.
Gotta love those Goodyear VRs
Pursuit in a rainstorm is so dangerous
Yes, just proves how brave and skilled our Troopers are.
good gravy marie how dangerous!
Such a pretty pit applied gently, yes it is a pretty tvi. Very nice.
Gotta give credit because I could not see the road.... Horrendous weather for a chase.
Gotta follow the wake!
So so dangerous! But all's well that ends well.
120 mph in the rain... Man, I don't know about that.
There needs to be a lot of trust with your car (and skill) to drive that fast and perform those maneuvers under those road conditions. I want to say good job but that is very risky. I guess traffic was very light at 3am so going for it as long as the officers were comfortable seems fine in my book. If this was 3pm, maybe not so much.
Right? A puddle could be fatal at those speeds. 😮
Noticed the ASP Vehicle hydroplane a time or two. Great control
Nice PIT Tropper..
It still seems really dangerous for the officer to me.
Fearless!
Interesting how the officer used Waffle House as a landmark
he didn't get past the Dollar General yet...it was just up the block...
The question is; which one?
Incredible work Trooper . :)
Sweeeeet!
People from Arkansas, "Yeah we have a few bugs.." Me, watching some the size of helicopters in the headlights during a rain downpour. Holy crap, I had no idea. People from Arkansas, "Yeah we have some rain too.." Me, watching cops pit a crook like it is a sunny day, and the crook not jump out and run because it is raining so hard.
Insane speeds in the pouring rain
Yes, by the career criminal on parole!
Great pit
insanity. Only a matter of time until a massive fatality. 115 on a rain saturated road??? Insane
Perfect PIT.. best I've seen
Man this shit gave me anxiety.
In Arkansas Rain or Shine its never not PIToclock
Why doesn’t Little Rock PD certify their officers on TVI(PIT)? Jesus Christ!! Why does ASP always have to be called in to save the day?
I was concerned that the tyres might start aquaplaning in those 'slightly damp' conditions.
In Arkansas if you get the Blues on the freeway, pull over and be on your best behavior. Arkansas trains its Troopers and trains them well.
don't have a gun cause he's on parole. yea, like that has stopped anybody. smh
"I aint go no weapons because im praole!" LOL. LMAO even.
I've wondered what tires AR cops use now I really wonder after seeing the heavy rain. They seem to have decent performance.
Alfonzo was just out for a joy ride.
Tyrone
Did I see $3.11 a gallon advertised?
I thought so too
$3.10 on my way in.. across the border in OK
@@r0xc0mr0x Figures. Gas taxes in PA.
Isn't 'aquaplaning' or 'hydroplaning' speed about 35 MPH when it is raining that heavy? This officer was driving faster than 80 MPH! Couple in the car is directly responsible for endangering their lives.
Cops doing TVI…so calm….I would be yelling🤣🤣🤣TVI….😂😂😂
They obviously don’t give a damn about getting the vehicle back in one piece.
Depending upon when this took place the Officer may have broken Departmental procedure as in 2021 new PIT maneuver guidelines were released. Of interest is the following quote."The new policy says the maneuver should only be used when an officer believes it is objectively reasonable to protect a third person or an officer from imminent death or serious injury, or when the officer objectively believes other exigent circumstances exist." This doesn't seem to be the case and point in fact it was far more dangerous for this officer to initiate a high speed pursuit in inclement weather. The department needlessly put lives at risk.
What a huge let down
I don’t even drive 60 if it’s raining hard!
Such a stupid thing to do on wet roads risking lives.... good job officers 👏 🙏
Running in a vehicle in such weather conditions should result in extra charge for public safety.
I feel sorry for our first responders who have to handle situations in wet weather while out of their vehicles and not indoors.
I’ve noticed the troopers are restarting their cameras almost immediately after the perps are in custody lately, so we don’t get to see and hear the aftermath. I wonder if that’s a new policy, and if so, why?
It’s not a new policy. It records on a continuous loop so I think they’re worried about the incident being overwritten if they don’t restart and save the current video.
Gas is $3.11?!
I Bet $100 on Raheem and Jaquan 😂.
This one is a fail. ASP is usually much better at getting that car camera pointed at the perp so we can all enjoy. hmph.
Well usual well suspects well

Gonna be a slow weekend for the usual commenters
I have no weapons because i am on parole. BUT it's ok to steal a car though!!
Another chase ends where we can't see what is going on. How about facing the perps with your car next time.
Would someone tell me when they started ads at the start of every CZcams vid... they suk
Great, now I want Waffle House...
How do their wives stand watching them do stuff like that? Bad enough when it’s clear, but raining? This would be one time they should let it go.
Ama victim, racists cops. Says another 0mama baby.
You cops are way too dangerous. Seriously, you need to back off for the safety of the community.
Right, let's let all the criminals just get away. smh
🙄🙄🙄
Stay safely in your house for the rest of the community
Do you seriously think that letting career criminals do whatever they want to is safe for the community?! What is wrong with you, were you dropped on your head as a baby...repeatedly?!
Not for a stolen car ...not in the rain
