Butter Chicken Pot Pie - Fusion Recipe

This Indo-Western fusion recipe combines the best of both worlds! Check it out!
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Oil
80g Butter
1 Small Onion - Finely diced
1 Green Chili - Finely diced
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Tsp Sugar (Optional)
Coriander leaves
Puff Pastry sheets
1 Egg

Just made it tonight, didn't have heavy cream so I used a bit of sour cream mixed with milk and boy was it amazing! My family was all mindblown by how awesome it tasted haha. Thanks a lot for this recipe! Definitly gonna be a regular in our family

It just says 2 chicken breasts. Since they come in different sizes, I think it's safe to just use 2 for this recipe and may not matter size-wise.
