I love this recipe, however mine seems to never double in size, I don't think I am putting it in a dry non ventilated area, but I really am not to sure what a dry non ventilated area would be, I stuck it on top of my fridge the 1st 2 times and on the counter the 3rd time and in a cabinet the 4th time but it never seems to double in size can someone please give an example of where I might try to put it
it's 2 tablespoons of the instant dry yeast thats why. I bought the instant yeast and its a tablespoon per cup hope that helps. Also the recipe doesn't have the 2 tablespoons of oil in the written recipe only in the video they forgot it.
