    Ingredients:
    2 Chicken Leg Quarters
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Coriander Powder
    1 Tsp Seven Spices (or Garam Masala)
    1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
    2 Tbsp Oil
    1/3rd Cup Slit Almonds (or Cashews)
    1 Medium Onion - Sliced
    2 Bay Leaves
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    Few Black Peppercorns
    1 Dried Lemon (or zest of one lemon)
    2 Garlic Cloves
    2 Tomatoes - Chopped
    2 Cups Rice
    Raisins (Optional)

    need to adjust this for chicken breast 4lbs! Any advice on what to double, and what to not?

      As far as veggies and spices, i’d double every thing so that each piece of chicken is generously seasoned. As far as water level goes, i’m not positive as i’m new to the instant pot! Good luck!

      So from what I did tonight on the stove tops pressure cooker is 1 hour for chicken and additional 30 minutes for rice last 5 minutes broil the chicken to brown the top of it

      Its called garam masala usually available in pakistani and indian stores. If you live in us like me just look up halal food mart and stuff like that you will find it. Buy the shan or national brands these are good quality
