Ingredients
------------------------------------------------
1.5kg Chicken
Cooking oil 1/2 cup (around 250ml)
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Pepper corns 10nos
Cardamom 10nos
Bay leaves 10nos
Cloves 10nos
Chopped Onion 3 medium
Chopped garlic 4nos
Dry lemon 4nos
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
Tomato puree 3 medium
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Hot water 2 litters (as required)
Rice
--------------------------
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)
Hot water 4 cups (as required)
Hot green chilies 4nos
Chicken face grease mixture

Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Little bit both
Heat oven 200° degrees grilled for 15-20 minutes
For Tomato (daqoos) Sauce

Cooking oil 1/8 cup (around 30ml)
Chopped garlic cloves 2
Vinegar 1/8 cup (around 30ml)
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 4 medium
Black pepper 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Fried cashew nuts for garnish
