2023 Ford Lightning Coolant Line Failure

Coolant line failure that feeds one of the inverters under the bed on a 2023 Ford F150 Lightning. The line is near the left rear wheel just inside the frame rail and will fail eventually due to a sharp edged clamp poking directly into the rubber line.

Good catch! I'm also an engineer, and spend hours looking over new cars and trucks to see what I find that is wrong from the factory, or simply ways to make it more reliable long term. I park my car/truck in the garage, get underneath with lights and mirrors and start looking. Please continue posting great content!

Good find with the clip out of position , hopefully Ford mechanics watch this , and can check out if they come across some lightnings going thru there workshop. Looks like might be able to rotate it without lifting off the bed.
