    I’m Peruvian and I’ve grown up eating way too many carbs with my meals. 😆
    I loved your examples for breakfast, lunch and dinner. How does one go about keeping ethnic flavors without compromising entire meals?

      My household includes Preuvians (Lima) too. We use lots of Peruvian flavours- red onion, garlic, aji amarillo, cilantro, soy sauce, etc. We just serve smaller portions of starch foods, whether it's rice, quinoa, potatoes, yucca, sweet potato (camote), etc.

      Mary, sorry to cause confusion. I said eating protein every 4 to 5 hours. Not 45 hours.
