It is getting so exciting!
It could be that he is never going his max andbis just increasing the weight closer to the match
Devon is gonna crush him
I've found that doing wrist curls while supinating across (bringing my pinkie finger over as opposite as I can) works my pronation muscles more. I've added almost an entire inch to my forearms doing this with low weight and high reps almost daily. Oh, and high rep twists.
If you supinate you work your supination
you forgot the pronator quadratus but its ok... very good video as always
Devon larratt may fance
Can u explain what does the riser do
Like what is the benefit from having a strong riser? And what u lose if u lose ur riser?
You have zero access to your posting and your opponent is in a better position which makes it even harder for you. If you start arm wrestling with a club you’ll feel it and understand. When I lose my riser it completely disables my ability to be offensive.
Losing the riser means losing the high ground. Losing the high ground means losing leverage advantage, and so on. And basically riser is a replacement for cup. It's either you cup or rise.
Ur riser put pressure on the wrist flexion and supination of the opponent, if you have strong pronation and rising force u use both at the same time to attack than hand
@@EmilianoZap to add, your riser also protects your pronation by keeping your fingers higher and giving your pronator more leverage.

Yes
05:31 this guys is just trying broke his arm?
hhhhhh
Potentially a Dangerous position
Devon larratt super strong 😮😮😮😮😮😮 may india
India😂
India 😂
I didnt really understand the reason why your grip is weaker in a flexed position, can you explain pls ?
The muscles responsible for wrist flexion can also flex fingers. Try to flex your fingers while your wrist is fulley flexed, you will notice how it's more challenging to close them; because these muscles are already used for wrist flexion and leave very little room for fingers.
@@armsport128 Ohhhh, ty very much :))
Levan 6-0 again. Devon will never beat Levan, never…
Stemm cells and ketamine and everything else he can get into his system that could help. 😂
Ultimately, do you think Devon will make it and beat Goliath ?
😂 won't matter. Devon will be carrying his right arm with his left hand back to the airport.
stem cells, hard work and steroids. pretty much all there is to it.
Drugs and hardwork lead to success in any realm of human endeavors
Steroids people… steroids.
Tons of inject drugs😂
Because of his drug name stemcells🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
stem cells are not drugs, they are the cells of a human embryo, used to heal injuries in athletes
@@feld8714 but how he could manage to increase His weights think about it
@@rodrigodiaz1565with steroids lmao
Stem cells are made by your body too and they are no hormones
@@rodrigodiaz1565 it's performance enhancing drugs like testosterone that do that, stem cells only allow him to do what he couldn't because of injuries
@@feld8714 but he wss strong though right
