    I'm a NOOB training to make it look like I'm naturally strong with my much smaller but Pro Armwrestler cousin this summer.. I keep engineering pullies similar to you and devon with the karate belts and everything, but I'm thinking of lifting shot-put balls up the side a thick pole with carved lines on the wood that you wax to reduce friction.. maybe even shape the wood to arc the lift.. with all the pullies Ive adapted from you, todd, devon, and that redhead, I have yet to see someone make curling weight a little harder but only because of actually pushing/pulling into a force like a solid surface? when you roll a heavyweight up a wall it gets awkwardly weighted fast and to push it over the lip is a small extra force so I wonder if theres a secret maybe even simple machine to create left..

    The thing you're using to lift the kettlebell. Is that a training strap or a martial art belt? I want to get one but don't know what they're called. I saw you left Amazon links in description but which one should I get if I want to lift kettlebells and/or barbell weights?

    1:25: "Depends on your training-style." ... well, and it's also heavier to bend it from your hand. 2:55: Yeah, I agree. That's why I don't get at all why someone would have it on the wrist-bone.
    I'm training twisting the wrist from both directions in a sitting position with the elbow on my knee... usually with my hand under to stabilize. This way you're training wrist strength more exclusively, but can still get some arm training by lowering your arm (forward, back, to the side, however you want). So I like that better right now.

    Whats the diffrance between having the belt inside of hand vs over the wrist? The reason I ask is because when I use my special strap I built I use it over the thumb from a "early possition(neutral)" in the cable machine. When I work wirh my budo belt I rather do from a loosing(hook) possition so I can catch my nemesis(he has an extremly fast and powerfull hit).
    Going to make some videos about how I use your program also about my little invention and some new equipment I will use in your top roll program. Just been busy with school/work/kids and wife having the flu.

      Depending on which part of your hand you pronate. And in different situations we pronate with different part. So I recommend going around and switching up each or each other week,

    • @voiceofarmwrestling
      @voiceofarmwrestling  Před 6 lety +1

      Yes, but it`s different variation and this is lot harder just because there is no support and your body needs to hold the weight. But of course supported will have more tension on pronator and elbow flexors that unsupported
