This week I wanted to do something different with my arm wrestling training video. I filmed my whole workout for elbow flexor -toproll training. This is first workout where I go back to majority of these exercises and will make another where I see how much I have improved in 2 weeks.
WORKOUT:
1. Muscle Up 3x8
2. Parallel Partial Pull Ups 4x8 (48kg,48 kg,56 kg,56 kg)
3. Single arm Cable rows
4. Barbell Hammer Partial Preacher Curls 4x10 (50 kg, 60 kg, 60 kg, 60 kg)
5. Cable Preacher Half Curls 4x8 (40 kg, 45 kg, 45 kg, 45 kg)
6. Static cable lifts on pronation 4x6
7. Pronation with weights in rubber band 4x12 (16 kg,21 kg,21 kg,21kg)
7. Underhand pull ups +Behind 4x 10+10
8. Dumbbell Hammer Curls with hold +FAT Gripz 4x8+8 (14 kgx 4)
9. Barbell wrist curls - full range of motion 2x15 (40 kg)
10. Brabell wrist extesnions 3x15 (20 kg)

awesome video! i just started training armwrestling, in fact i got my first table practise today, my gym got limited equipment for armwrestling, but the pronator with rubberband and kettlebell i will try, looks really good :D

there are a lot of PED in armwrestling,,, some take test, halotestin, tren, nandrolon... so yup,,, some do take stuff, ofc,, cant say for these guys

It's alot of volume on your hummer and brachioradialis. You don't have cramping there after that intense workout?

I`m used to do that much, this was light compared to what I have done in past.

74-76 kg usually sometimes more.
