  • Devon's arm wrestling style has been greatly influenced by the pronation lift, resulting in a unique technique that sets him apart from other competitors. This technique has not only improved his overall strength but also enhanced his ability to control and manipulate his opponent's arm during matches.
    - The incorporation of the pronation lift into Devon's arm wrestling technique has had a transformative effect on his physical prowess. By focusing on the rotational movement of his wrist and forearm, he has developed a formidable style that maximizes his power and leverage.
This has allowed him to overpower opponents and dominate arm wrestling competitions.
    - Thanks to the pronation lift, Devon has experienced significant gains in his arm strength, enabling him to excel in arm wrestling. This technique specifically targets the muscles responsible for wrist and forearm rotation, resulting in increased muscle mass and improved muscular endurance.
As a result, Devon's arm wrestling style has become more dynamic and effective, giving him a competitive edge in the sport.

Those who saw the fight against Georgi clearly know that he is stronger than Devon, the difference is his resistance, that is why he could beat Georgi but he will need more than that to defeat Levan if Devon had at least Georgi's brute strength together With his resistance he would have at least some chance of beating Levan, otherwise I see it as impossible.

Thank you so much for this video. I was wondering how static pronation lift helps.

I agree with your discerning logic about training, Yes micro range static exercises are beneficial, But a more balanced program should include some heavy compound exercises with fuller range of motion, for more overall foundational strength.

Did anyone notice his right arm when he raised the thickness of one to the other?

Very nice analysis. Will you make a video about pulling styles that benefits short armwrestlers or long armwrestlers?

Can you comment on Levan's wrist being cupped on all the pronation lifts he's doing? Also, I also sensed in one of Devon's videos that he felt unsure of himself, but I think it may come more from the fact that him saying "everything is weaker in Levan" was met a few days later by videos of Levan hitting massive amounts of weight in the gym, forcing Devon to back track. Even if you're very confident overall, it's hard to maintain an assured demeanor when one of the bits you've been running with is refuted so absolutely.
That said, it seems like, from what Engin reports, Levan's lifts in the lanes that do matter - wrist in particular - are weaker now than before. What's more, I believe certain vectors of his, while insanely high, aren't exactly where they used to be (I don't remember which, maybe something to do with biceps contraction).
But yeah, I think it's moreso Devon realizing that some of the propagandistic narratives he'd been running with for the match don't align as fully w the facts in the gym as he thought, not necessarily that he thinks his win condition is compromised. Tho if he's hyping himself up along those dimensions, than intimidation is possible.
Finally, I'm not as impressed by Levan's pronation lifts as the entire world seems to be. You're right, kicking your wrist out makes *a tremendous* difference, and Levan's wrist is curled in.

Right, a cupped wrist will just make it an elbow flexor lift. Kicking the wrist is where the magic happens and makes pronating much difficult.

I too think Devon's nutrition is unhealthy. That's the primary factor which determined his slightly exaggerated ageing and digestive problems in my opinion.
