Love seeing newbies discovering this classic 80s album. High n Dry is my fav- before DL was highly studio produced,which was great also, tho High n Dry is raw,straight up hard rock
Great driving rhythm with fantastic harmonies.... they nail this live to this day..... if you listen to Desert Song off Retroactive, very similar structure with def influences from Billy's Gotta Gun. Great reaction and thank you for Def Leppard Saturdays!!

My favorite def Leppard song. So good
The rhythm is Steve and Pete, and also like die hard the hunter Phil plays the second solo live but on the album it’s all Steve.
I love this song great instruments realy great vocal work and a cool vibe to it. sends chills down my spine when I listen to this it's so good. I can tell when you like a Def leppard song Sarah you have a cheeky grin when you like one of there songs it's really lovely

Hi Sarah. You know I can't tell a lie. 'Billy's Got A Gun' is just about my least favourite Def Leppard song. To the point it was only usurped as my very least favourite song when they released the 'X' album, which was an all you can eat buffet of bad choices.
Not sure I have a clever reason for not warming to 'Billy', I just find it a bit 'Meh'. I don't actively dislike it, it just has never made me want to head bang, dance around, or do anything really.

The only debate is which side of Pyromania is better. Either side by itself is better than any of their other albums.
