Filmed in December 2018, Hysteria At The O2 captures Def Leppard celebrating the ground-breaking Hysteria, one of their two diamond-certified 10x platinum albums (the other being Pyromania). Performed in its entirety before a ravenous sold-out crowd, this momentous homecoming event is made all the more powerful as it was their long-awaited debut at the iconic O2 Arena in London. Featuring electrifying performances of “Pour Some Sugar On Me,” “Animal,” “Women,” and “Love Bites,” band members Joe Elliott (vocals), Phil Collen (guitar), Rick “Sav” Savage (bass), Vivian Campbell (guitar), and Rick Allen (drums), conclude the set with a host of extra hits including “Let’s Get Rocked,” “When Love and Hate Collide,” and “Photograph.”
Six months later, just after their induction in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Def Leppard undertook a residency in Las Vegas at Zappos Theatre in Planet Hollywood. Hits Vegas, Live At Planet Hollywood is a 28-song deep dive into not only their greatest hits, but rarities such as “Too Late For Love,” “Billy’s Got A Gun,” and “Slang,” and “Promises.” Highlighting Def Leppard’s versatility, Hits Vegas presents a livewire stage show with two stages and video walls, punctuated with intimate, acoustic renditions of rarely performed songs “Let Me Be The One,” “We Belong,” “Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad,” and “Two Steps Behind.”
Hits Vegas offers a behind-the-scenes bonus feature, while Hysteria At The O2 is rounded out with the bonus “Hysteria: Then And Now” mini-documentary. As a whole, Def Leppard: London To Vegas encapsulates the prestige of one of rock’s most iconic bands

Billy’s Got a Gun! One of the most hidden, underplayed, and underrated Def Leppard songs! Loved it!
The guy with the gold les paul is Vivian Campbell famous for being Dio's guitarist in the 1980's. He joined Def Leppard after Steve Clark died of alcohol poisoning in the late 1980's
Steve Clark passed away in 91
Viv joined Whitesnake after Coverdale fired the entire 87 lineup, and then sometime later left to join Foreigner's Lou Gramm after Gramm and Jones parted ways. He then joined Def Leppard in 92.
i saw this show in las vegas august 14th 2019 the first night of the residency shows, spectacular band!!!!!!!
There will never be any band like def leppard again.... and they deserve that!
still recommending checking them out in 1988, Too Late for Love, live in the Round
Good call, I was at that show
I was there also but in Spokane Washington, in the top 3 concerts i have been to.
Great show
@@scottcopeland2585 incredible show!!
God knows how many times me and my buddy have seen that one 😅
DEf Lepard been rocking it forever it seems! And still going strong!!
These guys have been through some rough times (Rick lost his arm, Steve passed in 91, and then Vivian. who replaced Steve, was battling cancer in 2013). They never gave up, they kept pushing through, they never left their band mates behind, and THIS is why they are one of the best bands (IMHO) around. They look great, and sound..well... fantastic! May these amazing men have many more years ahead of them. Great reactions as always!
Great reaction. I got the cassette Pyromania when I was a kid in '83. I somewhat abandoned popular music for underground stuff but I still love this album. Similarly the Ramones 'Subterranean Jungle' ('83) is beautifully overproduced, stinging treble, loud beats, I love it
Damned guys...that remember when i was in school in 1983 (sorry i'm a old Metal Boy right).
That biily's got a gun in live make me nostalgic... this song and the same rythm along it was mindblowing in this time
The final "Bang Bang" with vocal on guitar strings is simply ....magic !!!
Thx a lots, take care, salute from France &............. Let's Metal !!!
This song is an excellent example of why Steve Clark is so missed. He didn't write it per se, not alone - he rarely wrote complete songs - but it's all his quirky, wonderfully musical guitar riffs that make the song magical. In combination with Mutt Langes impeccable sense of melody of course.
Such a great band, for a period in the 1980s Def Leppard were the biggest selling band in the world
Just wanted to say really enjoy watching your reactions especially with the 80s rock.... I'm 52 and basically grew up on Def Leppard (fav band) and absolutely love how you guys react and watch the so called "old and out of touch 80s rock" bands. You guys are very entertaining funny and respectful....btw, watched your " Last man standing" video for the first time and hearing for first time and absolutely LOVE it!! Think I finally found a recent bands that I enjoy listening to. Definitely going to be listening to more of your stuff... Anyway, thanks again for the reaction vids and keep up the great work... You just got a new fan.... Even tho an older one at that..lol
Still amazes me how he drums so well with one arm. Never let that car crash halt his career.
He is awesome! He is doing much with his feets these days..👍🤘
It amazing.. I had fortune of seeing concert tour after lost his arm in motorcycle accident.
I went to two nights of this residency in August of 2019, it was INCREDIBLE!! If I had know that we’d be in lock down for over a year with no concerts, I would have gone all 12 nights! DL is amazing, most guys in their late 50’s / early 60’s couldn’t pull this kind of quality musicianship off👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
My favorite band, saw them 2022 in Seattle, they were awsome, never saw so many teenagers wearing def leppard tshirts, and so many teenagers wearing def leppard tshirts, and not with mommy or daddy, just a new appreciation from a band from this Era, and still killing it!. The crowd was huge also!
when we get out of this COVID, you guys have to catch them in concert. They are great live.
They call it talent and experience. There was no such thing as auto tune back when they first came onto the scene.
This song is on the same album as 'Foolin'. The album was a big hit in the mid 1980's. This was the last album in which their drummer had both arms.
Also the last one with Pete Willis
It is amazing how good these guys still are after all these years - This song is about Billy The Kid by the way!
Go old school Def Leppard Hit and run , mirror mirror , wasted , Rock brigade
Or older school. Hello America. Get your rocks off. Wasted. In no particular order.
“Lady Strange”..
@@tonyynot6151 hell yea !,
Good Morning Freedom. They did a great live version in 2013, also in Vegas.
Def Leppard - love
Notice anything “different” about their drummer?
Next tune by Def Leppard needs to gods of War live in the round
The story is loosely based upon 19th century (c.1859-1881) bandit/outlaw (William) Henry McCarty alias Billy The Kid.
Classic def Leppard yes 👍
Def Leppard rock of ages live 1988 in the round in your face!
Your reaction to this makes my Def Leppard lovin' heart happy!
High and Dry or Let it Go. Can’t miss slammers. RIP Steve Smith
who's Steve Smith?
@@DaveWhoa My bad. I meant to type Steve Clark. I always get the two names mixed up when I recollect (Steve Smith : Journey drummer)
Def leppard - another hit and the run live Sheffield
Next))
Hell yea !
Smokin song off there best album High and Dry.
filmed in vegus was great even the london shows was great formed in 1977 till present how many can say thats long
In the 80's they played bigger arenas than this. They were HUGE back then. They do still sound great though.
They still play huge arenas, this is the Vegas shows
Did you notice that the drummer now plays the drums with one arm? He lost his left arm many years ago in a car accident and that did not stop him and he moves on.
Great song
Harmonies are spot on. Phil Collin( lead guitarist) has his own side band called Manraze where is the lead singer/guitar
Was at this concert, was an awesome show! keep them reactions coming
As the great Lemmy once said live life for you , if you want to work out , do it , if not , Fuck em !!
Greatest band
If you guys want to see how the harmonies sound so good... Check out "we belong" hits Vegas live at the planet Hollywood 2019. They do this acoustic and every member of the band shares lead vocals.... They're s band that actually can all sing..... Pretty impressive....btw, " have you ever needed someone so bad" from same show might even be better. Keep up the great work.... Love your reactions!
My favourite DL song thanks guys
Come on WolfHunterZ, we need more Def Leppard reactions! Please react to the music video for "Promises"!! Another one of their catchy choruses!
Gods Of War from 1988 in the round
Love “Gods of War”..
DEF LEPPARD are one of the best bands ever !
Best metal band ever.
Recommending Def leppard ,love bites video .👌🏼
Def Leppard - Rock of Ages Live 88 In the round, in your face and
Def Leppard - Me and my wine videoclip, very funny
Love you guys! Lmao!
Check out "Die Hard the Hunter" from this show its the opener sooooooo GOOOOOOOD
This live version is pretty good. But the album version has it beat! You should check it out, and Coming Under Fire. Great unknown songs!
You guys "go drunk. you're home"
Best song they have ever done
Listen to the album version.
The fit shirtless guitar playing Phil Collen is 63! Goggle his 30 day fitness challenge!
There's an old video where he turns around to the camers.
I called him Phil "look at my butt" Collen😁
Joe can still sing, its a bit different but still sounds good
On the actual CD the harmonies are higher having more of an effect
This song is written in 1984 and performed some 30+ years later. Give a listen to the original track - just as good.
Written in the time span of 81-83, as the album it was on came out in 1983.
Switch 625 live you will not be disappointed
The drummer has one arm now
The studio version is even better
😎🤘💥🕺
Def leppard histeria live in the round
Their vocals are all live. No vocal tracks. Not even for backing vocals.
I am also pro Def Lep. But most new pistols don't have a manual safety....
If you guys are gonna another Def Leppard song it gotta be Overture!!
Lol @ short shorts
Phil Collen, the guitarist without a shirt is 60!!!! He's vegan and doesn't drink either
Phil the shirtless trains muay thai and works out.
Billy lives in Texas........ every one has a gun 😋😋
Where is the third video?
You all should do some Styx they have some wicked vocals all around.
4:30 haven't event started the reaction
Nice reaction. Might I suggest "Janie's Got a Gun" by Aerosmith?
Billy and Janie were meant for each other.
@@charliemac64 Billy just wanted the money while Janie got pushed too far and fought back.
Listen to them in the round you'd swear they were just playing their album on a stereo plus steve clark is miles better than vivian
Steve Clark was the man for sure, but to say he's "miles better than Vivian" just exposes your ignorance. Come on, dude...
@@the406seadonkey6 its not ignorance it's an opinion you have yours this is mine i respect yours
@@DARTZZZZZ Your sentiment is fair enough, but it's objectively wrong. You didn't posit it as an opinion. Either way, no worries. Have a good night dude.
Love yall reactions but its sad to see def leppard here i am not a Vivian Campbell fan ugg
It's easy to scroll past things you dont want to see.
@@melissagerber7231 Yes and i was there Def Leppard in the round was Steve Clark! Period end of discussion. Cheers
I love vivian, , in the stadium tour I went to in 2022, vivian was awesome, the massive crowd there loved him!
The worst Def Leppard...!! you should react to the Hysteria Tour 1988 in Denver...Live in Your Face!!!
bad Cover from Aerosmith
вы задолбали, хватит стопорить видео
Great song
