Saw a guy lose his life on one, 2 guys flipped to be the no2 guy in a stack. I was the breacher, I breached and cycled to last man, the first guy In...12 rounds, ak, 4 went around his plates.
To his defense, they flipped for number 2 position every single time.
All the Dude wanted was to get his rug back…

@@jacobstaten2366 those were developed for military contracts, the military has little need for shotguns, just for MP's and breaching; also, they are still niche products. With how widespread rimmed 12 gauge is, there is no way someone is gonna develop a rimless version for guns that don't exist.

@@MrDoverfield Or people were just sperging out like they love to do. Hux was contracted to make a specific suppressor. They did. Now they are trying to see if there is any other interest in it. Same thing happened with the 556k.

I agree. As someone who’s built 12ga suppressors and metered them, they just don’t do well. A blast diverter would be better for a 1/10 of the price and no stamp.
I don’t believe this size can and barrel length are worth it. Shotgun suppressors lack a lot of suppression as it is then shrink it. I don’t think it would drop more than 8db.

I’d buy one if it was actually made to be hearing safe. The JK Armament shotgun suppressor was a letdown in that regard.

You should tell HUXWRX that the rebrand from OSS was the worst marketing move in the history of marketing moves, probably ever. Also yes, they should make a shotgun suppressor for the commercial market.

@@lucasblanchard47 Well, the HUXWRX moniker itself is terrible, the rebrand from Operator Suppressor Systems to HUXWRX "safety company" when they make nothing but suppressors is silly as fuck, and there was nothing at all wrong with the original name. You constantly see and hear people going "OSS...er, wait HUXWRX now...". You are welcome to disagree, but I am far from the only person who thinks the rebrand is just wretched.

Casually looking at Google and DDG has "OSS" bring up stuff about the WW2 OSS and Open Source Software
However "OSS suppresors" still leads to huxwrx, for both, so maybe it was meaningless.

Audio recording of a suppresor is dubious at best for checking performance, and beyond useless with a portable mic set up and as much background noise as we have here. ❤

That's a bad db reduction given the length. Another mid product by HUXWRX.
StiII never been impressed with any HUXWRX cans and l completely don't understand the hype around their designs.
Also it's funny how they talk about gas reduction at the port but there is still plenty of gas at the port in all the setups I've seen including in this video which is clearly visible.
Really not trying to knock them l just don't see the appeal of their stuff. l mean, so there is LESS gas, okay, but there's still plenty of gas and all of the bad stuff right there in your face.
