Love the idea of a flowthrough 22. I tend to get alot of blowback running my rugged oculus on my pistols. That said, I also love using a soda blaster to clean 22 cans. Its super fast and easy and I dont have to deal with hazardous waste after Im done. And a soda blaster and medium is cheap from harbor freight. I shoot alot and I dont want to be having to order special cleaner and dealing with waste all the time.

I LOVE my ACSS vulcan reticle, of my 3 dots its the favorite, wish they made it in a micro-dot size sight with RMSC footprint, its closest to becoming a micro standard.

Springfield man…. What happened. I shoot an old Baer made hi cap “hybricomp” 9x21 in IPSC, have an old p9 factory comp as well from the pre baer/baer time…. These are not semi custom guns…. Things like the factory comp were more “semi custom guns” than these….

I thought these were so cool till I heard the price then I almost shit myself. $1800 is lightly used les Baer money…. Fuck I got my old behlert precision made 1911 for $950 out the door…. Yes it was used but I promise it shot as good or better than these would, looked better (high polish chemical blue) and was also hand fit by Austin Behlert sr, cutting the slide into a comp.

I can't believe I won the F5 war and got one of these. Based off of the numbers Tom Bostic shared, 120 units available, 60 blk, 60 RAL8K, 200k people on the site, 50k people had them in their carts, that means .1% of people who managed to get one in their cart were able to complete their purchase, .03% of people on the site at launch were able to secure one. Even if he manages to bring several production runs to market, I don't see it fully satisfying demand. I'm also psyched to have a super low serial number. I don't plan on selling it, but I pitched it to the wife as an investment that should hold value, and I'm fairly confident I didn't mislead her. Unless HK brings a civ SP7 to market in the next few years, and it's not an abomination like many of their civ offerings, I feel like this is going to be the best option for people wanting this unicorn of a gun.

I am really looking forward to seeing that Spohr 22 revolver available here. My favorite 22 is a Korth built in the 70s and yes 22 caliber revolvers are more expensive to build as the have tighter specs. Korth no longer makes a 22 caliber revolver so this niche is a great opportunity for Spohr. So hopefully by this time next year we'll see them in the USA.
