- In this video, we go through a step by step
procedure for greasing the wheel bearings using a special tool that saves time and money. The tool in the video is used on a Honda Pioneer 1000, however, this SAME procedure and tool can be used on many off-road vehicles and machines. We are able to grease the wheel bearings without removing the knuckle assembly, and keeping vehicle alignment intact.

Thanks for watching!!! - Jak na to + styl
Hey bro, just lettin ya know, you are supposed to pump 3-4 pumps of grease, turn the bearing greaser tool 1/4 turn another 3- 4 pumps until you come back to the top. so basically 3-4 pumps and turn to 3 oclock, 6 oclock 9 oclock and 12 oclock.
Cheers
this is awesome advice!!!!
Great video just ordered that tool for myself
Great video!!!!!!!! Thank you.
Thanks! I had fun making it.
Axles nuts are 101ft lbs for those wondering.
Thank you, Gabe!
Nice video bub.
Thanks for the video! Might not be a bad idea to hit the rotors with some brake parts cleaner after I handle it.
Thanks, Geoff! Definitely a good idea

Pull plunger out and hook on the edge. Stick cap end of tube in first. Once set in the canister then pull off the pull tab side. Screw head back on gun. Undo plunger stick and lightly feed the stick toward the head of the gun or just let it do it itself. At least that's how most of my guns and the battery operated ones I have work to put the grease in
You'd be amazed how much better they ride with the sway bar removed
Yep. Took mine off and threw in the trash.
Just an fyi, you can actually over-grease bearings. I wouldn’t recommend going until grease pushes out the backside.
Agree and over grease risks blowing out seal
Good video dude, my machines makes this noise when is turned off when you sit on it or bounce it up and down, maybe need grease? Your thoughts?
yes grease comes out the front , I remove snap ring so I can see when it evenly starts to come out , if not the snap ring blocks the pressure and it all comes out the gap in snap ring , as soon as I see it coming out I stop , I think its bad to have it totally full and will build heat and may even make yer balls slide instead of roll in the bearing , and yes rotate tool 90 degrees after each 4-5 pumps
Would this work on newer honda rubicon atv?
Can you share the make and model number of the grease tool. I'm having a hard time finding the right one. Thanks!

What size is this greaser is it 40 mm
apologies for the late response! yes, 40mm
How often do you do this?
depends on how/what you ride in. We ride alot of water in Florida, so, while I have only done this once, I will add this to my 3-6 month service interval.
