This has to be my favorite OPP episode ever. This car is so amazing. I get chills with every video I watch. Great to see Jeff and Cary called out here. What I love most about the videos on the mule is it focused on the amazing engineering that goes into this car. As one of the luck 75, I can't wait to take delivery of mine.

I had the pleasure of meeting him before. His the most humble and nicest person you can meet. He was broken down on the side of the road, and I remember he had snapped his fan belt on his air-cooled porsche. Not knowing who he was, I offered to help meaby he needed some tools or parts or whatever, but he had everything under control. He was carrying enough tools to get the job done and luckily he was carrying a spare belt .

-You driving your P-car through downtown L.A. in the middle of the night years ago got me through tough times when I was having my 1986 911 Carrera heavily modified... which took 10 months = NO Porsche to drive - fk that! I don't know how many times I replayed your L.A. jaunts screaming under the overpass tunnels. Thanks.
-As ALWAYS you do a superb job of giving and explaining car functions and looks.
-I love just about everything about this car, Jeff's engine, other's suspension, Gunther Works' stunning Bad Ass design and what appears to me as a satin black wrap exterior. Like you succinctly said, "This is a car Darth Vader would drive"
-What don't I like.
-It's the year.
More specifically I like the generation before this with those beautiful, wonderful, sexy front fenders that held the poetically shaped headlights which would never be called "fried eggs". YES the fried eggs appeared to be more aerodynamic but sometimes form is better than function IF you love pure design; I do.

Owned a 993Turbo in the 1990's still my favourite car and of course wish I still had it. Was the best 911 in my opinion and this seems a great development of it. Wow. Excellent video as usual Magnus, keep up the great work. And Hi from the UK.

getting 700+hp out of an air cooled flat six is crazy. also crazy money. worth it. I know my brothers 993 turbo with a bolt-on or 2 is very enjoyable plenty of performance but 750hp??? holy shit in again an air cooled motor. I understand a 1500hp 4.2l AIM 991 but that a whole different thing epic but the 993 beauty the sound of this motor is like angels with Kramer v wings shredding Pantera licks. weapons grade stuff here. close to the ballpark that RUF clearly owns and will never be bested by this is pretty mega. a true feet of talent. outstanding video Magnus. cheers

I have owned a 1995 993 Coupe since 2014 , That's all I need and I also own a 2004 Miata , A Singer and Guenther are fantasy cars.
This particular car and its vibe pairs so well with Magnus.

Unfortunately it was destroyed at Laguna Seca last week, and demonstrated the possible life-threatening damage that can be caused when the car has no structural integrity what-so-ever. It took an accident like this to showcase the lack of safety in their design. Seeing that roof entirely cave in to past a drivers rib area from top-inwards; horrifying. And this is coming from a MASSSSIVEEEE Gunther Werks fan.
These cars were made to have 400hp max. The engine is so far back. Kinda reminds me how the m3 should have stayed a 6cyl.
Another excellent review...1 question...what radar detector do you use, and, if you don't want to name it, do you at least use one?

Can help myself getting split in my taste If analog gauges would fit character of this beast better or the installed racing display Is just so cool feature to be kept.
BTW imagine this beauty in snow white full paint including the wheels with saddle brown leather interior and satin brushed aluminium decor....

One single thing I would miss would be my SC classic 5 gauges dash ,i'd prefer that too bright screen somewhere else and have my light orange lighting..what a marvel anyway..
