Gotta say, the production values are amazing here. Great shots.
Photo is amazing, the sound editing not so much, I can hardly hear Magnus, the background music is far too loud.
Larry Chen coordinated the shots!
@@XavierEyez Yass machine gun Larry!
Id also argue the audio is awful here, Magnus is quiet and sounds like he's being recorded via phonecall.
With Larry Chen being the director of photography, I imagine it’d be tough to end up with bad footage
More Magnus Walker we need his passion in our lives!
Or you could get some of your own...
@@Panthercholo There is nothing wrong with appreciating and sharing someone's passion....
@@donjuan150 Perhaps it's a matter of wording. I have as much passion and enthusiasm for classic cars and motorsport as anyone. I'd never say I need another man's passion in my life. I could sure use some of his money, but not passion.
@@Panthercholo smells his own farts.
@@Sk00tZ True. I mean, who doesn't..??
Man, this film is next level. ❤
In high school I used to skip unnecessary periods (gym) and go check out all the used car dealerships in a 20 mile radius. One had an eclectic foreign inventory with a gorgeous 70's yellow 912. That's when I fell in love with Porsches. It was quite small not very powerful (flat 4?) But my lord it had a presence... "Test drove" it every chance they'd give me... Saved enough newspaper (Remember those?) money for a sizeable down payment- bloody insurance said no way in Hades. Still dream of it, as you can tell. Timeless designs... So strange how huge 911's are today compared with the earlier years, positively massive, yet hide it well. Cheers!
No Man's Land is the first movie I think about when I see this car. Lovely!
What amazing detail, I Shazammed the last song and what a surprise!!!
THIS is how you make a video!!!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
"Stay boosted, my friends!" Great line.
me with my NA 1.2L Corsa: yes I will.
I'm going to start telling my friends this
Everything he said was a great line
@@drthrax5430 ?
@@tadams100 i meant everything he said was great 👍
Hagerty killing it. Great shots of the Porsche in Downtown. Magnus is an OG.
the cinematography is on another level
Beautiful, beautiful film
this is my Grail car. for a daily. perfect car,
Wow... Awesome shots & great music. Very engaging. Stay boosted indeed.
Simply mesmerising.
We need more passionate people in this sad world.
Wow the video and music was glorious!
Brilliant production. 👏
I always try not to overdo it. But this video is in my eyes up to now the best video about Porsche 911. Great shots of his silver 930, sweeping through "wintry" and empty L.A. at night, short historical outline, some technical data and that pumping 80s beats in the background, just the way I love it. It definitely sets an audiovisual monument to the 930 like no other video before! To put it in Magnus' words: keep boosted. Couldn't say it better...
Masterpiece Presentation
This guys voice is so satisfying
Nicely done!!!
Excellent!!!
Best video I’ve ever seen. Magnus and Hagerty is a great combo. As a 911 owner… I want a 930.😢
Dudes commentary is just the best for a bad ass car.
As an owner of an '86 930 3.3 Strosek black on black I completely agree. There is no other car like it. Would not trade it for any new Porsche or any other car. Every time you drive it is a memorable experience that you actually remember. The ownership of this car is a life changing experience. You will experience good and bad times (when something breaks). A childhood hero that you should meet. Stay boosted!
EXCELLENT video! Wow.
Just superb video!
Goosebumps
Amazing shots.
brilliant review, great videography!!
The one and only. Perfect performance, thank you ….🧐👍👍👍👍👍❤️….!
Best city line car driving video I ever see! Lovely Porsche
thx for this great vid!
Best video of this channel
Really enjoyed that.
GREAT bedtime story!
Production wow 🎉
Wonderful video and thank you very much for linking the music: 4am by Night Ryder 1983
The night drive through the late hours in the city feels special, especially when there’s no traffic, it’s my kind of ASMR
I love driving late or early depending on your perspective. I usually leave the house at 3:00am for a 2 and a half-hour commute to be at work by 6:00 am. It is truly the best time to be on the road. 😉
Magnificent!
Wonderful,thanks
Well done sir.
Damn I swear I was watching a movie! Great production!
wow amazing !
Well done 👍
What a video ♥
Great video!
I owned a 930 Turbo back in early 90s and boy do I miss it
Perfect one more time!
Stellar car, stellar video, stellar Magnus. Nice.
Undoubtedly my favorite Porsche ever made...love it in black
This car carries itself like nothing else. I love the halo rims.
It looks super good in dark green
my greatest favorite model .. 😍😍
Mi auto favorito de toda la vida....después viene el 959. Felicitaciones Magnus
I dig Magnus and his narrative
Well Done
“All boost and no brakes” great line!!
I like these cars!
wow. just wow.
Such a beautiful iconic shape
Dream car!
Please provide the urban driving scenes just with the car sound.
Such a great looking car for its time.
Always wanted one , hopefully in the future - value has absolutely sky rocketed tho
1976-77 Iconic
"VIN Number" really gets my goat
lol
930 Turbo.... The Widow maker. My favorite Porsche and my dream car.
This man needs to narrate everything from cars to motorcycles.
930 FTW!
Really loved this episode, congrats to Magnus and everyone involved in the production of this perfect little film.
I was lucky enough to drive one of these 32 years ago on a 200 mile delivery across the country to a Porsche car dealership .I've wanted one ever since. They boss the road even just driving them slowly they feel special .
I'm a air-cooled vw fan with 5 personal pre 67 models under my garage roof over the years. I did a color change resto on a 69 911 ( obviously NA ) even with no turbo it was still a great car . The owner was a sport and let me drive it as much as I wanted . At the time I live on pch in Huntington Beach and drove it pretty frequently. Fun car even with low power due to curb weight. Love that air-cooled sound .
@@raidenout1515 air cooled sound can never ever be matched ❤🎶...100% agree . People should just CZcams porsche air cooled sounds and they will be hooked
Magnus aren't you originally from my neck of the woods ?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
No Man's Land...a classic.
Well said Magnus
I can listen to Magnus talk about cars, especially Porsche all day!
My plug in the 2000's had a Blown/SuperCharged black 930 with the wail-tail "BadBoys Mike Lowry"
Love the Minerva blue turbo at the end of the row
Simply emotional.
Love
Passion Magnus. Stay boosted.
My Dream
Magnus is like David Attenborough of Porsches...
Condor man was the one that grabbed me to the all black Porsche 911 Turbo.
My favorite Porsche... followed by the 997 and 993.
BTW cool ass picture of Robert Redford @ 5:42. Where's it from?
Loved this video. LA/Tokyo; metropolitans, "American Wangan" when I was a young lad saw these cars seldomly. It was Wangan Midnight that drew me to really love these 930s. 930 is a beautiful machine one of Porsches best
This guy was hard to beat in NFS 2015
I think Magnus’s Silver 930 is my all time favourite car, love the older style Fuchs on it too.
That soundtrack tho
Stay boosted my friend
Stay boosted Magnus
Yessssss 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 awesome video Air cool 😎 life
I'm a massive Porsche 911 fan and the 930 is truly iconic especially in this period colour
Wow, another great video. I recently sold my modded / boosted 930 to fund a Longhood resto. But damn I miss her. Bigger turbo, brakes and more suspension, not to mention sticky 335 out back make the car so much “better” than stock. To use an overused word: Epic! I recently bought a nice man 997 X51 to fill a gap until the modded ‘71 is ready w near enough 380 hp you would think it’s fast “enough” … but no. The old 930 fast or whatever it was left you with a feeling that you knew it was possibly your last drive! Scary, fast, exciting that is what an aircooled Turbo is. If you haven’t driven one you will not get it. Stay boosted 👍😎
Just finished my Lego 930 :)
Thanks for mentioning the 911 Turbo in Disney's Condorman. The movie may be forgotten but I imagine many young children discovered the 911 for the first time watching Condorman.
the scene at 9:17 with the dirty windows. i like the authenticity. amazing video quality..
3am in the morning & hell yeah I'm watching Magnus talking Porsche Turbo, special impressive tastefully simple, Rj in Oz
Great video and production, clean the glass please.
What a production! great job from the team behind this, lovely episode for a unique car.
WOW WOW WOW !!what a movie ..
Get this man a Netflix deal.!!! Magnus deserves it.!
