- Rescue and evacuation efforts on Tuesday, October 30, the morning after Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the Jersey Shore. The flooding is still significant even though the water level has dropped from record highs. This video shows the flooding in Seaside Heights. My other video shows the flooding and damage in Toms River.
That swan! Whoever went out there in these trucks, amazing and awesome, you are all a special breed.
@34JuniorFF: You're absolutely right. The MUA truck broke down first thing that day and we used the Jackson truck for most of the day. It was being driven by a former Jackson Fire Chief. Nicest guy. Did a great job driving.
I thought Pelican Island was in Berkeley Township.
Important thing that was said in the video: "It was everything the weather people said it was going to be, exactly how it is"
I believe it belonged to Toms River MUA.
Who's Deuce and a half?
Ah alright. I know alot of companies near me like Jackson and Lakehurst have Dueces and were out there.
Would have been a better video if it wasnt by exhaust, jus saying,
