Trio Coaching: Peers solve problems

This video shows participants practicing Trio Coaching at a CARTA Supervisors' Workshop. In this simple format for solving problems, each of three peers plays a specific role:
• The focal person who has an issue to address
• A peer who plays the role of a coach
• A third colleague who is the observer
