Literally worked too good every time I had a major problem

I'm using this to resolve a neighbor problem. She is a cigarette addict and smokes right by my window, which has to always be a little bit open because that's the way oxygen is let into the apartment (it's an old house.) So the 7000+ toxic chemicals in those cancer rolls are coming into my home.
She owns her apartment and is allowed to smoke on her terrace, and she's very addicted, so telling her to go smoke elsewhere won't do anything. Fingers crossed this helps to fix this. I love this apartment and only moved in 2 months ago.😊
Update: The neighbour has been told to not smoke near my window - the apartment complex made an official rule about smoking not being allowed near windows. She's now smoking on the street and my home is free of cigarette toxins. Thanks for the help, slade!
