Listened to this in the morning, it’s 7 pm now. I’ve been provided full of iron rich foods and foods with vitamin c today (I’m iron deficient and vitamin c helps with absorbing it). Period has been very light, and I’ve been able to use the bathroom more easily. This works 👍🏻
Edit: I’ve been taking 325 mg of iron for a while and it didn’t seem to help but today the effects hit a lot quicker, and I’ve become a lot more energetic as well. Retaining things for school more easily.

Okayyy 🤨 now what kind of drugs did you put in this? I just had a huge cry session because out of nowhere I felt some sexual trauma in me heal (I've always had an issue with feeling sexual esp towards older guys due to past traumas) and I felt myself able to love innocently without it being perverted and it made me sob. Okay so I don't know where to put this update, but I'll put it here since this is the last sub I listened to you before.
So I've never experienced these side affects you've mentioned in your subs before, right? Well I've been in a rut lately, and looped WOMB and this sub a few times last night, and I can safely say I've started to experience reality glitches. Firstly, I was thinking about how I should charge my headphones (which I am 100% certain were beside me the entire time, because I saw them there and that's where I put them), and when I turned to get up to plug them in - they were already charging. I kinda just shrugged it off because okay, weird, but could just be my memory
Then, I went to make tea this morning, right? Boiled the kettle, rinsed out a cup and saw the steam from the boiling hot water flow out of the cup. I put my teabag in, pour water in and what do I see? It's ice cold. Water in the kettle is ice cold too after i check, even after I boiled it. I just boil the kettle again and go about my day.
Those were the two memorable ones, but there are so many weird synchronisities happening today, like lights getting brighter when I get closer to them and machines beeping. I dunno, couldve been nothing but i just wanted to share!
