    WOW, I did this for a little over 2 weeks and i did it on average 4-5 times a week and the results are amazing! I could not believe how much more toned my tummy is and i can actually feel my abs coming along! For most of my life i've had the most annoying tummy pooch and no matter how much dieting i did i could never get it off, and nnow with this workout i've made so much progress! THANK YOU CHLOE!!!!

    This works like a charm. I did this for one month and my tummy is significantly flatter! Its almost completely gone! My belly fat doesn't spill over my school belt anymore, abs are starting to form at the side of my tummy too. I'm a minor so I don't live by myself, or have a job so I have to eat what's given to me and its not the healthiest diet in the world but it's not completely horrible and I have to eat school lunch as well but if I was able to have a healthier diet, I'm sure I would have lost the belly faster. Thank you Chloe!

    I love how my friends eat UNHEATHY FOR EVERYDAY BUT ARE SO SKINNY AND IF I DID THAT I WOULD BE OBESE thats why I work myself to not end up like that Beccouse my over weight so I’m fixing my self for a better future

      i mean. as someone who eats so much and stays thin, you gotta look at both perspectives. not everyone’s body works the same and not everyone can easily gain weight and not everyone can stay thin. it wouldn’t be fun to be obese, but it’s also not fun to always be underweight. i get what you’re saying, but i personally don’t think it’s ok to hate the fact that your friends’ bodies work differently than yours.

    Hello everyone, I've been doing this exercise for about 1 and a half years now. If you're looking for a very effective abs-intensive exercise, this is it. I went from someone who had never worked out to someone who does 6-minute planks lol
    I recommend starting with volume 1 first to build up your core muscles, then slowly working up to this, taking as many breaks as you need in between exercises. This is the most important thing: DO NOT GIVE UP. It will hurt at first, but the results really pay off!
    My ab muscles started showing about a week and a half in, and it really built up my self-confidence and discipline to keep on working out. Obviously you can't do this exercise forever, I recommend switching every once in a while to some cardio/plank/arms workout so you don't get bored of doing this exercise forever. However, some things to take note, especially if you're doing this for the abs (like I was at the start):
    1. You might need to do cardio on top of this exercise in order for your abs to show, as well as watching what you eat (please don't starve yourself, doing smaller things like drink less sweet drinks or cut down on snacks in between meals is far healthier and more sustainable long-term)
    2. Everyone's body is different!! This means sometimes your fats are gathered at different areas than others', pls don't be too hard on yourself if your abs don't show! I've worked out almost everyday for almost two years and my abs still don't show only until I stretch, whereas for others they might already have abs with less intense exercises. That's perfectly fine! For me, once I got used to the idea of working out consistently (to maintain my abs), I started caring less about how they looked appearance-wise and started to set fitness goals for myself (8 minute plank gang)
    I really recommend this exercise (or just exercising in general) to anyone reading this. It really makes a difference in a lot of things.

      Day 1-2: I was really bloated after my afternoon meal and an hour later I did these exercises and the bloating literally disappeared. My stomach muscles also feel hard even when I'm not tensing them!

      Day 5-7: Hey guys, I was in the hospital for a few days and I couldn't do these exercises but I'm back and I'm better and I will definitely continue updating. Although while I was in the hospital, I couldn't afford to eat healthy so I just ate whatever they gave me but I didn't gain weight or anything. I don't know if that's because of the exercises but yeah.
      AND.. a tip for you all is to EAT BREAKFAST, please do it. I usually eat a boiled egg or two for breakfast with water and that would be it; my stomach would be bloated by the end of the day. But today I had two slices of buttered toast with a glass of milk and my stomach stayed flat the whole day! BREAKFAST IS SO IMPORTANT MAKE SURE YOU EAT ENOUGH BEFORE YOU START YOUR DAY THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I literally love all of your workouts so much, they all motivate me immensely. I am trying to do 30 days of fitness and so far it is doing great. I am fit already since I play two sports but I just love working out. Also, sometimes me and my friends do an hour worth of your videos at a time just for fun!     Hey Chloe!! I absolutely love your channel, and at the beginning of November 2017 I started one of your other 10 min ab workouts and did it every single day for 14 days! (Well, 13 days because I missed one day when I got vaccinations in my arms and couldn’t do the excersizes because they were sore). It was amazing and I really did get good results! But for the Holidays we went away for a while and I couldn’t do it anymore, and I feel like I got a little out of shape. Now that schools starting again I’m going to do this workout as much as I can! Thank you so much, you are such an inspiration and I just wanted you to know to never stop doing what you love as you are amazing at it❤️

    Thank you so much! I definitely been seeing my progress(: I started in jan 1weighting 177.2 and have lost 16 pounds so far so now my current weight is 161. My goal for this month is to lose 4lbs and I've been doing her videos 3 times a week with hardcore cardio, on my other days I train my legs and of course still portion my meals. It's all about being consistent. Thank you again for joing me every morning lol.

      Daria Saccstry I do 2 repetitions of this and 2 repetitions of the ab cardio workout 5-6 times a week. I mostly do 1 rep of this and the ab cardio workout and rest for 5 minutes and finish with 1 more rep of this and the ab cardio workout

    These are the first workouts I’ve tried that actually challenge me. I’m a competitive athlete that works out every day so usually these videos are too easy and I get bored.     Hey Chloe! Firstly, I really really love your channel and especially your Workout Vids! I already have gotten great results from doing them! (I lost 16 kg, but I also changed my nutrition) But now I have a question and I hope you can help me :) Since I have gotten my ideal weight, I am not really caring about losing weight anymore, but to get abs. Now I don't know how many carbs/protein/fat I should take to me? Since I'm only 15 I don't wanna go on any low carb diet or something like that becouse i think this will be bad for my growth. So what would you recommend me to get abs?

      Lenchie if you want to get abs but not lose weight do exercises for abs but now that you have ideal weight keep working out to get abs and to keep them and eat lil bit more

    I'm going to try my hardest to commit with this. I will tell you guys every week and I'm just going to list my weight and how my body is to get a clearer view for those who also want to commit but not sure if they will have any progress. So I'm 13 and I weigh 102 pounds and I have a flat stomach and I have a small body but I'm doing this because I want define my abs more. I'm also a gymnast so that kinda helps out but anyways I will see you guys next week!

    I’m going to try this and log!!
    Day 1- not too hard, pretty average diet, only did the workout once though
    Day 2- abs are sore. Did it twice, ( once in morning once at night) no results yet
    Day 3- sorry I haven’t updated, but I did it once, small results
    Day 4- Very small results, like I noticed now when I sit down there’s not rolls on my stomach and my stomachs a bit flatter
    Day 5- Same as before but I can see a line going up my stomach?

    New Intense Ab Routine! This one is slightly harder but don't give up! Do it slower first, then slowly progress to a bigger range of motion and faster! It was quite hard for me to complete this routine the first time I did it so hang in there. Have a great workout everybody! Also, This definitely helps to burn fat because it is quite fast paced. Doing abs workout helps in getting ab definition, and also helps to melt some of the fat away. Best combined with some sort of cardio or back to back with my other ab workout.

    My first ever time doing actual workouts ever and without having played regular sport in a while so was definitely a challenge, especially with having done your HIIT workout 30mins before. Am determined to get in shape though and love your style of workouts so will be sticking with you throughout the summer for sure. Got to stay motivated!

      Rena_ Tg That's normal. You should do some neck exercises if they hurt a lot. Try the fish face! I did that a lot and it burnt, but worth it. My neck muscles are visible and these exercises don't hurt my neck anymore.

      If you’re doing crunches imagine that there’s an apple that you can’t crush resting on your neck. Don’t crush the Apple by bending your neck downwards. Hope that made sense

    I'm not someone into sns or other social things but I saw the hate comments. So I decided to tell this. I follow chole's workout videos since 2017. I got visible my basic abs and flat tummy. And when I eat unhealthy for reasons or skip workouts I use this videos again and again and use as home workout or warm up for gym sessions. So it might not work for everyone but it really do work for me. I work hard for my body and keep my diet. I don't know the point of hate comments, they got a problem with their willpower or dedication or their natural body. I can say chole nailed the all fitness videos And I witness. Thank you and ❤❤

    Hey guys, so I have my formal coming up in a month, so I've seriously got to start getting in shape!
    I'm not overweight or anything, I used to swim four times a week and was really fit, but I stopped just over a year ago and I have become so unfit and I have gained on my stomach. And it wouldn't matter too much, but my dress is a little tight fitting, so gotta get into shape!
    I'm currently 81cm around my stomach (just under 32 inches). If any of you want, I'll update every 2-3 days, and because it'll really motivate me! Let me know if you want me to keep you updated. ❤️

      DAY 1 - 11/05/17 So I just did my first round of this, and oh my god, it was not easy! I could definitely feel the burn! But I don't get how I'm supposed to keep my tummy engaged all the time though, I keep having to let it go to breathe ahaha! But it felt good after, when I finished the workout! 🙌 Day one, check ✔️

    hi everyone,
    I starting to do this workout for my abs, and will keep you people updated weekly.
    Week 1: I dont have any abs, just a fairly flat stomach. This workout was burning and like when the plank really really started to burn i would stick out my butt for a rest then do it again.
    day 3: I've been doing these once a day and im actually starting to see me abs pop out!!!!!

    Starting today! I'm going to try to do it everyday for a month, and update. I have problems with constancy 🤣 Also, sorry for my bad English.
    Day 1: It was hard, this hurts my arms more than my abs (weak arms).
    Day 2: Still as hard but I did it without stopping. Definitely felt the 🔥

      Elizabeth Toledo It could also be thick bone structure. If it's not, I believe cardio will do the trick; consistent cardio and eating in moderation :)

      So far after this workout i have been noticing a line down the middle of my stomach more defined than it was before. I have been doing her other ab workout recently so starting this wasnt as hard as it may have been for others though.

      So I do realize my stomach looks toned however recently i gained weight due to a poor diet so its not as visible as it was around a week ago. I need to eat cleaner and im sure my stomach will look better :)

    Very important question: How do I stop hurting my neck when I do crunches, sit ups or healtouches? I try to relax while doing them but my neck always hurts instead of my abs 😓

      If you engage your core and abs correctly your neck shouldn't hurt! try relaxin before and after your workouts

      anyways my weight was at the first 50 kg and now 47 kg 😱

      But I'm trying to not eat food that contains a lot of calories: before I eat I see how many calories are they in food..
      Before I do this I was having flat belly soo it's not hard to me.. I was doing this 2 times a day and now I have insane abs.. *like her not like boys* 'cause I don't like to have boy's abs
