I have a 1971 frame that sits as high as that one all ready and there is not lift type thing it's all factory and I'm putting the frame under a 69 c20 chevy truck and I'm putting a 6 inch lift in it boy that truck is going to sit high I'm hoping to put 38s on it

Yes we like the look of 18s too. Yes on the 2500hd the exhaust has to be modified for front driveshaft clearance.
