This 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche 4WD is running Moto Metal MO962 20x12 -44 wheels Federal Couragia MT 33"x12.5" tires with Rough Country Suspension Lift 6" suspension, needs Major Plastic Trimming and has No rubbing or scrubbing. As you can see from the pics this wheel and tire combo can be done!** With this year/make/model, the stance is Super Aggressive 3"-5". i love this truck because it is so "you". you can really see your creativity and ambition to get a nice build going even if you didn't really have the means. like throwing the bolts strait into the truck since you couldnt get flairs for it. love it!

this is the mullet of trucks, went out of style for some reason but is still bitch'n and tough when see one... bad ass truck, wifey wouldn't let me get one because we were shopping for a new truck...
I had one a few years ago and they're really cool trucks. I wish they still made them new. The bed is water tight in the rain and locks completely securely so you never have to worry about leaving stuff in it. The coil sprung rear rides really nice. The storage pockets in the side of the bed are cool too. Gm put a lot of thought into the avalanche and i feel like they're really under-appreciated.

Hey I have a question the Honda Ridgeline truck has a camper shell is it possible you can fit one on the back of a Chevy Avalanche truck or is there a size difference between truck

in addition to the rough country lift did you had additional lift installed? it looks really tall for 6”. how much is the actual gap from the tire to the top fender? i order the same kit and just wanted to have an idea of how the lift could look. thanks

Curious if anyone knows? Is there a longer ABS/speed sensor available. My 05 Avalanche has a 6" rough country with 35's and ever since the installation my ABS and traction control light is on. I inspected the wiring harnesses and they are TIGHT!!! So tight they ended up breaking the wiring connection at the harness plugs. Now my lights are on! Looking for a longer wiring harness.... Thanks in advance, if you're still out there on this video?

I have another question regarding the 6" RC kit, in your experience on the avalanche did the u-joint made any type of noise after the lift was installed turning to either side or driving off? thank you.
I will replace them tomorrow and update you when I'm done, thank as aways
well here is an update, i decided to take a look under my truck to see exactly how bad the u/joints were before I went and purchase them, remember i told you that the noise sounded like metal rubbing against metal, as i was inspecting the front driveshaft i notice a line made like a continuous rubbing, well it seems that the driveshaft was running against the transmission cable bracket. so I took a screwdriver and moved the bracket about half an inch towards the oil pan. took it for a ride and problem fixed.

Nope!
Would i need different control arms running 24x14s on a RC 6" lift?
Depending on if your kit comes with them or not and what vehicle it is. Unless your control arms are physically damaged and unsafe you should not have to change them if the kit does not call for you to change them out.

Jace, the avalanche is cut up alot to run various setups. Every truck is different, as well as owner preference
You need an Iron Bull front bumper, maybe a rear one too
