- Showing off and testing out the 6" RCX Non-Torsion Drop suspension that we installed on a 1999 silverado 1500. He is running 16x10 DC II wheels with 35x12.50 Kumho Road Venture A/T tires.

Nice high center demo plowthrough right off the bat. Lift kit and Diff. locks working good togeather.
Yea the non torsion drop gives a ton of much needed ground clearance. I wish it was available on the 88-98 chevys too.
Id like to see you all do an install video of an rcx 6" ntd on a 99-06. Im putting my lift on my 2000 z71 in November. Im using this same lift
First I have to thank you for showing that nice looking 6" lift truck of yours. I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban k1500, and I am thinking getting that 6" lift from Rough Country. Question. I am concern about that new CV shaft, and the new drive shaft angle, will it shortened the life of that rubber boots and the cross bearing respectively? Thank you
so what happened to the part where you test it
sneeks619er baby the shit out of it lmao
People are just hateful and mean, Not exactly sure why though?!
Nice truck, Do your own thing, Don't let the haters dictate what you Do to your own ride.
How muck off set or backspas do you have on those rims?
the bump stops have been removed. is this recommended for a rough country kit?
Did you cut off your bump stopper in the front???
where did you get that front bumper
I got the same kit for my 2001 Silverado 1500
I know this is a little late in time, but HOW DOES THE TRUCK RIDE?? DOES THE FRONT END MAKE NOISES. sorry for the caps!! please write me back if you would!!
I like the bumper...What brand is that
Was just wondering the it saids this truck has 16x10 rims but I thought this kit requires at least a 17" rim to clear the new knuckles or did I misunderstand Rough Country's site idk
16s work fine
04-06 require 17s
I goes buy what tires your truck came stock with.
What size rim do you have on this?
What shock # is that??
Is this Non kit available for 2500hds?
How well does it ride compared to stock/
your cv shaft angles arent very straight, did you crank up the keys a little bit?
where are ya'll located?
What do you mean? I just ordered the Rough Country 6" lift for my 1988 Silverado?
I am considering buying some 35x12.5x15 mtz tires with 15x10 mickey Thompson sidebiter rims, with a 6inch Rough Country NTD suspension lift. My only concern is that when having this modification done on the 99 z71 chevy there will be other factors that will need to be touched on because of the new tires and lift. once doing an upgrade like is is their any other mods needed in order for the truck to run correctly?
15in rims won't fit a '99 chevy! better get 16's.
where did you get that brush guard?
i wanna know too!
y is dah 6 inch lift so much higher on the sierra an 03 silverado dan dis truck
The 88-98 6" RCX kit is a great kit, but it's not a non torsion drop kit like this one.
NothingButLifts just curious but I I know rc stands for rough country but what does the x stand for?
missin a bumpstop bud
Actual test @4:22
Mall crawler if ive ever seen one. Looks like dude got afraid when he started to fishtail them aint offroad tires either. Looks good but will never be used to its potential
This thing is WAAAAAY to clean underneath to actually have used this lift for its purpose
no mud tires, custom paint and logos, 18'' wheels, no straight pipe??? what has the world come too....
Roll tide tho
dafuq is he trying to do, the truck looks like it is down on power
Roll Tide.
Dont hit the gas or anything ...sissy
