This set up looks good and I like using the stock wheels. Question. I have a 20 F250 7.3 w a Carli 3" level suspension lift. I have a 9" wheel w I believe a 0 offset and 37 12.5 x 20's. I want a 2025 Platinum exactly like this truck but would adding a Carli torsion sway bar kit spread the wheels out enough that you wouldn't have to use the wheel spacers. I'm thinking it would work with the BDS set up or is better to use all Carli. I have been super pleased and curious if you have worked w Carli stuff. I know they are more expensive and not sure if BDS is close or the same at a lessor price. Where are you guys located? Thank You.
I haven’t seen a GMC Sierra AT4X 1500 with 35’s. Is that possible and what would be the minimum lift to accomplish it?
Do the ss8 bags ride well? And what psi are they set at for ride height

I’m doing this exact setup, on the same color year model truck. Total cost with installation around $11500
What size BDS block did you use? Did you have to get a different shock (rear)? How did you move the bumper forward? I ordered the same kit and trying to figure out these little things.
Do you know how much that changed the fuel mileage? I just got a ‘24 and I’ve been wanting to do something along the lines of this.
@@orly7171 fuel mileage isn’t something we typically measure, but my personal 1500 with 3.0 duramax got 18-22 mpg with 35s on 22x10 wheels
What is the offset for the 40s?

@@michael5704 loosen the bolts that hold them to the frame, push them away from the tire and tighten the bolts back up.

@@danroth636 4” plus tire size difference to be exact . You may be more interested in a larger 6” or 8” kit if you prefer something bigger than this setup.
Is it possible to turn the 4” down safely and run no lift block? As like using it as a level? Or would the angles be too bad? Thanks
@@MichaelWilliams-630 you could turn the front down to 3.5”, But I wouldn’t go any lower than that

What size block does this kit come with? Rather than lowering the front like you did could you have added a larger block in the back instead?
@@goatsmakesoapco.9113 this kit comes with a 2” block. yes we can raise the rear instead of adjusting the front down
@@NothingButLifts is this kit like a zone kit where the back end is naturally higher or is it truly a leveled kit and this customer wanted that rake look, which is why he lowered the front down.
@@goatsmakesoapco.9113 this kit typically sits level . we adjusted it so the rear was slightly higher for towing per the customer’s request.
I believe this is sterling grey, I actually like the thunderstorm better, but haven’t seen a 2500hd in person with thunderstorm

@@franknaiman5219 the uca down travel stop, and all of the lower control arm pockets have to be modified to accept the new crossmembers. The trans crossmember has to be modified to allow the torsion bars to fit properly as well.
How can I get the door handles like that?
I know this a long shot since this video is older but what is the overall height of the truck? Thinking of this lift but still want the truck in the garage.
Sorry, I dont have a measurement. Ill try to remember to get one on the next setup we do like this.
stop putting wide offset tires then you wouldnt have to trim it.....
the wheel offset is a -18 which isn't a lot for this size truck with this much lift. The bumper design really does inhibit larger wheels and tires on the ZR2 as the metal continues into the inner fender area.
I’m confused. You said the at4 comes with a factory 2” kit and you removed that to put on the bds kit right? Then you said that this truck since it’s an at4 sits about the same height as a non at4 would with a 4 inch kit? Doesn’t this at4 still just have around 2 inches of lift?
Think of this way... you are removing the factory 2" AT4 lift and replacing it with 4" lift to net 2.5" lift over the factory 2" lift. Now I realize that 2+2.5 =4.5 and not 4. The reason for that is that some trucks start out different that others depending on a variety of factory options, mileage ect. Realistically you will net at least 2" , but up to 2.5" over stock AT4 ride height. The ride height can of course be fine tuned to your liking with the adjustable coil over.
Does this truck have adapters for the wheels ?
no, but it does have 2" rear spacers to bring the rear wheels out to match the front track width.

No issues with 4hi that I've seen, but being in Alabama we dont use 4hi at hwy speed all that often. all parts used are mentioned in the video. Give us a call if you like to order this setup for installation or shipped to you.
