Can you use this sifter on all your grinders and have the grind size set for pour over? I’m curious which has the most fines and also if you can make sure that the burrs have been seasoned
I have been using the Shimmy the last few days. From individual brews, I thought it made the coffee cleaner and brighter, but today I did a cupping with and without the Shimmy but everything else the same. The two cuppings were the same. That seems odd but I could not tell a difference.
Sifting fines for an immersion brew is not going to produce any noticeable difference. This product will probably excel most with those $200ish range grinders that throw out fines in pour-over methods
Hoon needs to open up a coffee shop.
