I ordered mine from B&H and they don’t have an estimated delivery date yet. It’s the 16” M1 Max 32 GPU 64GB/1TB
Been using my wife’s m1 air 8/256GB since June after selling off the 2018 15” i7 16GB/512GB 560X

It doesn’t, the max does use more battery on the max 16 than the 14 binned
