    I founded This video the most comprehensive and informative like no other. I just bought the plane and need a good tutorial to learn how to fly her, and after looking many other videos yours truly beat them all, you gain one more subscriber. Congratulations

    Thank you for posting. I put mine up on four jack stands, made easy work of it. What a difference in power.... I had the older engine. It cuts so much better. I was able to get the engine in two days for $505 shipped from one of the suppliers you had in your comments. Thanks again.

    Great video indeed! Would you be so kind as to tell me how to place the checkist on the Primary Flight Display? Thanks in advance.

    New subscriber here! Love your video but I have a simple question. I have only seen one Hjet on marketplace and was wondering if this was correct. If not, who made this jet so I can make sure I get the right one. Thanks!

      Glad you enjoyed it! FlightFX is the creator and you can get it from the marketplace for the correct version. I believe you can also get it from ORBX and Contrail

    Nice video. I have been trying to fly the Hjet but cannot get the throttles working properly in SpadNext. I understand it needs some LVARs but despite looking at several videos I can't work out what to do (being 83 my mind isn't as nimbe as it once was). I have a Logitech Cessna Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. Any help you can give on setting things up properly would be more than welcome.

      I actually just use the in-game Throttle 1 and Throttle 2 axis' inputs for the Honda Jet. Have you given that a try?

      Hi that seems to work. What settings do you have for the aileron and elevators? Do you use SpadNext at all?

    • @nocturnalsimulations
      @nocturnalsimulations  Před rokem

      Are you wanting the keybinds or sensitivity settings? I do not use SpadNext for the HondaJet unless I am using the Class Echo (which is a completely different device than a HOTAS setup)

      @@nocturnalsimulations Thanks again, both keybinds and sensitivity settings if you can. I have been trying to use SpadNext with the Hjet but can't get my head around how to use/implement the LVARs needed for the throttle.

    I have been letting the starter spin the engine up to 10% so the oil pressure gets nearly to the green before I move the throttle into the idle position. Is that incorrect?

    • @Tordan69
      @Tordan69 Před rokem

      The manual says to press the start button then move the throttle out of Cutoff into Idle detent. :)
      "Engine Start
      On the ground with the thrust levers in CUTOFF, engine start is initiated by pushing the engine start switch and then moving the thrust lever to IDLE. The starting sequence is automatically controlled by the FADEC which initiates fuel flow and ignition in response to engine core speed. After a light-off occurs, the system controls the FPMU fuel metering valve to accelerate the engine to the power setting calculated from the inputs.
      In flight starts are performed as starter assisted or wind-milling according to which portion of the air start envelope is appropriate.
      Starter assisted airstarts are performed in a similar manner to ground starts by pushing the engine start switch and moving the thrust lever to IDLE.
      Wind-milling airstarts are performed by moving thrust lever to IDLE after establishing a minimum of 8% N>."
