    1/4 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
    10 g. Galangal
    10 g. Lemongrass
    15 g. Sweet basil leaves
    2 pcs. Big dried red chili
    3 pcs. Small dried chili
    2 pcs. Long Green chili
    1 tsp. Coriander seed
    1/4 tsp. Cumin
    1 pc. Coriander root
    6 pcs. White pepper corn
    3 tbsp. Water
    2.5 cup coconut milk
    1.5 cup water
    2 pc. Long red chili
    3 pcs. Thai eggplant
    50 g. Turkey berry
    30 g. Sweet basil leaves
    40 g. Garlic
    60 g. Shallot
    6 pcs. Kaffir lime leaves
    2 tbsp. Palm sugar

    I just finished making mine . . . had to freeze the thai eggplant because I had to order them, then wait for the dehydrated turkey berries that I had to order . . . I soaked the turkey berries all day, but they're still a little tough . . .my eggplant lost its color, because I have to keep them in the freezer (I ordered a lot of them). HOWEVER . . . this dish is still DELICIOUS! I used filet mignon because that's what I had in the freezer . . . I made sticky rice and this dish is ROCKIN'!!!! THANK YOU! Love your recipes!!!!

      About eggplant you also can blanch both of them before stored in freeezer or might this vdo cal help you some trick for keep eggplant 😊

    I have beef for stew, so I'll cut it a little smaller and sear it first. Then I'll set it aside and cook the paste with some coconut oil before adding beef back in. I'll chiffonade a couple kafir lime leaves and throw them in along with some more coconut milk and water. Then I have to simmer till beef is tender, which is a while. I use veggies I have on hand and it's not turkey berries or green eggplant. Instead I'm going with cauliflower, zucchini, and green bell pepper. Add towards the end and don't get them too soft. Server over jasmine rice.

      @@thaicheffood4993 I was able to find a dry variety that won't arrive until January 14th. So I guess I just have to hydrate them them put them in! I'm set! I like making a recipe verbatim.
