    Great.. Only thing is definitely use fish sauce it makes it taste just like the real thing... bamboo shoots are also great

    i cook a lot of thai food at home. It's easy, fast and delicious. Once that wok is hot a dish is ready in minutes. It's great that you also think about the more homestyle environment.

    HD video looks amazing. You can also use coconut powder that you mix with water. Much cheaper and just as good

    That was too much stock......result pissy broth not green curry.Mate if you thought you did ok ....you bloody well DID NOT.

      if you ever visit Thailand, this is what the curry's are like. They are usually served with sticky rice and are of a soup-like consistency. Not like the Sharwoods type stuff in jars here, which is generally a bit thicker (probably to suit our BIR expectations!). It's very delicious though.... you should try the recipe. I must admit, I do like a thickness to my curries though and as such I would use less chicken stock.

      Green curry is meant to be particularly thin, red curry a little more thick and panang thickest (and closest to an Indian style curry in terms of thickness).

      never corn
      carrots never. palm sugar . pea eggplants. thai eggplant. not this basil. thai basil only. not an authentic curry.

      @@nouramirdamadi4511 Thai basil is difficult to find sometimes so I’ve found that any another basil plus fresh tarragon leaves is nearly the same.
