Great.. Only thing is definitely use fish sauce it makes it taste just like the real thing... bamboo shoots are also great
i cook a lot of thai food at home. It's easy, fast and delicious. Once that wok is hot a dish is ready in minutes. It's great that you also think about the more homestyle environment.
Excellent! Thank you!
Can't wait for the new vids n booklet.
Keep up the great work.

Fish sauce give an umami flavour.
HD video looks amazing. You can also use coconut powder that you mix with water. Much cheaper and just as good
Excellent video. My wife is Indian and I love her home style indian food. If you need any ideas or recipes please let me know
Looks nice, what size average size of woks in Thai/Chinese restaurants?
Where did you get your Wok?

Talk to much.. Get cookin!
Blackbamboo77 hahahh
That was too much stock......result pissy broth not green curry.Mate if you thought you did ok ....you bloody well DID NOT.
wrong
This is soup not a curry
if you ever visit Thailand, this is what the curry's are like. They are usually served with sticky rice and are of a soup-like consistency. Not like the Sharwoods type stuff in jars here, which is generally a bit thicker (probably to suit our BIR expectations!). It's very delicious though.... you should try the recipe. I must admit, I do like a thickness to my curries though and as such I would use less chicken stock.
cheers 2 U for being positive. I thought this video was great jpobv
Green curry is meant to be particularly thin, red curry a little more thick and panang thickest (and closest to an Indian style curry in terms of thickness).
never corn
carrots never. palm sugar . pea eggplants. thai eggplant. not this basil. thai basil only. not an authentic curry.
@@nouramirdamadi4511 Thai basil is difficult to find sometimes so I’ve found that any another basil plus fresh tarragon leaves is nearly the same.
