Thanks a lot 🙏

I don’t see any recipes!!??
Thanks for letting us know. Looking into what has gone wrong. 🙏🏻
I always order or make red curry. I should try green curry
It’s hard to top a really good green curry
I sometime add coconut head (หัวมะพร้าว) to my green curry (I'm thai btw)
Oh yes! The young coconut shoot is the ultimate veg to put in curries. I love it in southern sour curry too 🙏😋
@@WorldofThaiFood I love it too
That sounds amazing and completely unattainable for me in the USA lol. Might try to find some in the Philippines when/if the pandemic's over.
@@AdamFloro Definitely very hard to come by unless living in the tropical zone. Give it a go when you find it and let me know what you think 👍
@@WorldofThaiFood My wife told me her mom would sacrifice one of her trees for me when we visit 😂
I add more chilies to mine, but this looks good! I need to get a bigger mortar and pestle, mine's so weak. I like that you use chunks of beef instead of thin sliced stir fry meat like my local restaurant.
Sorry to hear that your pestle and mortar is weak. Find a bigger one you must. Add as many chilies as you want! My recipes try to give a baseline to work from. Glad you like it 🙏
@@WorldofThaiFood I use at least 10, and I use all birds eye, no finger chilies. I usually use chicken or prawns, rarely beef. Thanks for the reply! I’m your new subscriber, thank you for sharing authentic recipes. Although finding the right ingredients will be difficult. I’ve never seen pea eggplants or finger root before. I’ll try looking in Memphis next time I’m at their international grocery.
@@AdamFloro thanks for subscribing and welcome to the channel 🙏
I watched uncle roger and im waiting to see yours in his review 😂
My curry is too good - I think he might feel intimidated LOL

is there a reason why equal amount of water is added rather than just add 1000ml of coconut milk? Thank you .
Hi! Thank you for raising the question. The reason is that creamy coconut milk is prone to burning during braising. It’s preferable to dilute with water during the cooking process to avoid the risk of ruining the food. Thanks for watching 🙏
@@WorldofThaiFood That's great to know and a good tip thanks!
