1 tsp. Shrimp paste
1 tsp. coriander seed
1 pc. coriander root
40 g. garlic
60 g. shallot
2 pcs. Small Dried Chili
8 pcs. long green chili
10 g. galangal
1 pc. lemongrass
1/4 tsp. cumin
3 pcs. kaffir lime leaves
10 pcs. white pepper corn
vegetable oil
** if you have blender just blend all together **

300 g.Wax Gourd
Sweet basil or Italian basil
2 tbsp. fish sauce
10 pcs. kaffir lime leaves
1/2 tbsp. palm sugar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 pcs. Long red chili
