      Absolutely! I am always so fixated on my symptoms that I don’t really try to dig deep on the route cause. Then the symptoms create crazy health anxiety and I start diagnosing myself with all sorts of illnesses :(

    Authentic acceptance is a big key (outcome independence), but being mindful of the subtle way we self criticize and judge ourselves can perpetuate the feelings/states. When you truly start to unconditionally love yourself, you’ll be at much more peace and much lessened anxiety.

    Just a suggestion: if you have anxiety physical symptoms, please get ur vit levels checked (especially vitD and B12) and also electrolytes.... There is a link between these symptoms and vit deficiency.. most people don't talk about it later

    • @Naveen-nw1xc
      @Naveen-nw1xc Před rokem +3

      I think those vitamin deficiencies are occurring due to release of constant adrenaline during Anxiety and flushes those vitamins and minerals in the food instead of getting fully absorbed by body which ultimately reduces body weight by causing slight weakness

    I’ve had shortness of breath everyday since March, been to the doctor 7 times and the Er once so far, ECG and blood work was normal, they all listened to my lungs and they are clear, they gave me lorazepam and when I take it I still have the shortness of breath, they gave me beta blockers I was on them for a month for heart palpitations and I stopped taking them a week ago and the palpitations are still gone, I hated them cause they affected my workouts, all the doctors and psychologist say I have anxiety. Why can’t I believe them? I’m trying to be calm and not think of it and it’s still there.

      Omg, this is literally me and why I’m watching this video! I’ve been told that because I was so afraid of covid, I created these symptoms. I got covid tested a bunch but no matter what, I feel like someone is sitting on me chest and it’s hard to breathe

      Not dangerous at all. Try anxiety doc medicine make your brain relax there other part of brain automatically believe that everything is ok.. when ever you feel something lay down straight and play a game on mobile phone . Play until your symptoms goes away.. you don’t have to fight with this just try

      Tracy : Speaking of shortness of breath. I had a heart attack back in April and was in the process of recovery, and things were going fine until I started having what I was absolutely sure was sleep apnea. Every single time I started to drift off to sleep I would stop breathing (or so I thought- that is what it felt like to me) and would wake up gasping for air. This would go on over and over again all night long, resulting in many sleepless nights. It finally got so bad that I wound up in the hospital. The first night in the hospital my cardiologist had them monitor my oxygen levels all night long while this "sleep apnea" type thing was going on. When the checked all the oxygen readings, they found that my oxygen levels had not dropped a bit all night long, in spite of all this gasping for air. So a lung specialist had a cpap machine brought up for me, and they set it up as accurately as possible with he settings and had me try it. Even with the cpap on, and air keeping my airway open, I still had the same experience of dosing off and gasping for air. So they came to the conclusion that this was all anxiety. It is unbelievable how 100% real these physical symptoms can be, even though they are not backed up by medical science.

    Good information! I feel like someone is squeezing my forearms and my calves day at night, which intern causes, tingling and burning sensation in my hands and feet and muscle twitching,. MRI revealed that there is no muscular sclerosis. Lab work is good including my B12, which can cause neuropathy issues. I would like to assume these are new anxiety symptoms since I’ve been struggling with chronic stress for two years after Covid one new symptom after the other.
    anyone else have these type of symptoms? I don’t have heart palpitations, or anything else just neuropathy and muscle tightening in the limbs

    Does anyone experience breathing anxiety where you feel like you can barely breathe and struggle to get deep breaths? I’ve been getting this for a few months now and it seems to be getting worse. I’ve been to doctors and went to the emergency department and had chest X-Ray, ECG and blood tests. Doctors tell me I’m physically fine. I’m at my wits end. Someone please help.
