Not sure if it was a recent update from GKware, but you can now Interact with Tools > Interact to open/close drawers & doors! It's great he built this in so you don't have to manually rotate, etc.!
I just purchased the plugin and started experimenting with it. My cabinets also place the drawer pulls too spread apart like in your video. How do you get them to center over the doors?

It seems cabmaker assumes true 3/4" material and as you may know, most cabinet plywood is a true 11/16" which can really mess things up if your cutlist assumes 3/4" material. Long story short, can I change my material thickness in cabmaker to 11/16"?
What if I didn't find the exact handle I was looking for in that library? For example, my clients like to use hardware from Rejuvenation. Do you know how I could get those 3d models and use them with this software?

I don't understand what you're trying to do - I can't remember if you can create custom profiles and doors or not, but I don't believe you can do what you're trying to do with this extension
It generates reports - I have not gotten really deep into the reporting functionality, but my understanding is that it creates something like a cut list...

Yes you can change pretty much every dimension inside the rules. And save as your defaults.
Is there a way to change the joinery method? Say box joints, pocket screws, etc

I think it should just adjust if your units are set to metric in SketchUp - haven't tested it...
