The careers of Cena and Batista never launched the way it did. It was actually perfect that H molded the path of Batista and JBL let Cena get over or the PG era never started if ever that's a bad thing for you.
What if Jeff Hardy stayed clean, and never left WWE in 2003.
If he was on Raw nothing would change but if he was on Smackdown in 03-04 it could be interesting.

You should do a video on what if The Rock never left WWE for Hollywood and What if Owen Hart never injured Stone Cold's neck.
I would love for you to add more story as to why these matches are happening. Talk about promos in this timeline, talk about how stuff like JBL becoming a mid-card heel would effect the card on Smackdown and how Evolution becoming a trio effects the card on Raw, and so on.
Also, the fact that most of your changes until Summerslam are just the same results just with some wrestlers changed
It’s quite obvious what would happen… triple h would have beat Eddie for the title not Jbl and he would have held the title until Wrestlemania and lose it to Batista likely not the world heavyweight that would go to Cena. Paul Heyman basically told us at ecw one night stand… “the only reason you was champion for a year was because triple h didn’t want to work Tuesdays!” So I think triple h was the original plan for the long title run on smackdown

What if Kane never lost his mask and what if You swap sting and Warrior in 1990 Sting in WWF and Warrior in WCW

I feel like you left out an important part and that is since Randy Orton would be defending the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 21, then that means no Legend vs Legend Killer match. So, who go on to challenge The Undertaker? Maybe JBL? And they go on to have an epic feud in 2005, which solidifies JBL as a main eventer.
I'd be even more interested if he was drafted to SmackDown in 2002. What would've happened had Goldberg, Booker T, Kane and RVD not been buried by him

Randy would have taken over as the leader of the group. He already was leading Ric and Dave in the feud against Mick and Rock leading up to WrestleMania XX. It would have become official once Triple H left RAW, and we never would have had the betrayal after Randy won the World Heavyweight Championship.

I got a pair of bigger what ifs, namely, what if the WWE remained the WWF and the judge that heard the argument from both parties, namely the World Wrestling Federation, and the World Wildlife Fund, essentially went the way of Epyx International, Inc., v Data East U.S.A., Inc. and Capcom U.S.A. v. Data East Co., Ltd, and then told BOTH sides to go pound sand over letters of the English alphabet and what if the WWF/WWE NEVER did the stupid brand draft things for Raw and SmackDown?
If he’d joined smackdown in 2002. Lesnar would’ve fcking destroyed triple h.
Begs the question, in this timeline, who would Undertaker work at Wrestlemania 21 on account of Randy defending the world title against Batista.

Before deciding on Orton, they planted the seeds at Royal Rumble for a Brothers Of Destruction vs. Snitsky & Heidenrich tag match for WM 21. So unfortunately, they probably would've went with that in this case. Real timeline was great for Undertaker unlike this lol.

So, as an Alexa Bliss fan, my biggest what if has been, "What If Alexa DIDN'T cash in on the Ronda-Nia match at MITB?", as in, not only thinking of her holding the briefcase through the night, but also, waiting for Ronda/Nia/both to get out of the title picture OR cash-in for the then-Smackdown Women's Title.
Its been noted how, back in 2018, with the Ronda & Nia feuds, injuries caught up to Alexa (including getting a concussion) and put her out for quite a while, leading to her hosting Wrestlemania and stuff. Just a thought of, ya know, what if she moved over to Smackdown with her cash-in and got away from them.

How would his run as champion would have turned out? Would he still have gotten injured and forced to vacate? Does samoa joe beat him for the title at worlds end? Do better than you bay bay stay together? Does cole remain babyface even after mjf is taken off aew tv? Does the devil storyline ever happen? ( if it does, does cole still turn heel on mjf or does he turn with mjf & we get heel better than you bay bay? )

It was initially pitched for Taker to square off with Mordecai at WrestleMania 21, I think.
But then it would've been Taker/Kane vs Heidenreich/Snitsky for the Show of Shows, so.
If he would’ve stayed he would of tried to BURY Cena and anybody else that intimidated his push

If triple h would of stay on smackdown we basically would of gotten triple h vs john cena a year earlier i think batista still would of won world title from a main eventer like hbk or maybe jbl goes to raw instead
JBL will have not being WWE champion probably will have being Upoer Midcard and second heel on the brand and probably Smackdown will have done better with Triple H being there. Like i am not huge mark for Triple H just because he is name will have elevate more the brand and probably we will have Cena vs Triple H 1 year earlier and Orton will have still win the World champion but he will have still be a heel and face Batista in Mania 21.

You had my attention, but this one has too many flaws.
Benoit, the WHC didn't have a match at Bad Blood
Orton retains the IC title and gets the whc at the same time, you said there'd be a reason and there really wasn't. He still lost it anyway two ppvs later and it didn't come into play, the same exact result could've happened with Edge winning. All that changed was Randy got to hold two belts and wrestle two matches.
Ric Flair apparently interferes in his own match and helps Randy Orton defeat Ric Flair, and on top of that Orton is randomly a face all of a sudden, yet needs help from a heel Flair defeat himself-
And I had to stop right there. Appreciate the content and whatnot but the concept seems severely flawed. Your SD side was great but the RAW side was a gigantic mess.
I'll try to answer your statements as best as possible to what you've described.
1. Benoit would've had a title match at Bad Blood. I just didn't discuss about it cause it wasn't involved with Evolution.
2. The part about "a reason I'll mention later" would've been why Orton retained against Edge at Vengeance which was to do the Orton vs. Benoit SummerSlam match as Winner Takes All.
3. The whole thing you mentioned about Flair vs. Orton. I think you're confusing yourself with when I bring up what happened in the real timeline with this alternate timeline. Flair vs. Orton was the real timeline. This timeline was Michaels vs. Orton
