I tried it, but I used a frozen turkey burger instead. I put garlic powder and the black pepper, but I put fennel seed in olive oil. And cooked the egg in the olive/fennel oil, it was good. I didn't use the chipotle mayo sauce nor scallions.
I literally only watch Donal for his accent and then I get hungry bc the food looks good

Tabasco does have a chipotle flavour...
Tabasco sauce, in its original and most iconic incarnation, does not consist of chipotle. However, in recent years (let's say 2009) they introduced a chipotle variant. Based on the colouration of the bottle Donal is holding I can tell this is the one he's using.
lol comon this is just an ad for that tobasco sauce.. a few other youtube chefs have made recipes recently with this same brand .. 1 was even a sponsored event...

Hmmm looks great. Just one question. How does tabasco and mayo become chipotle mayo?? You need chipotle peppers right?? Or is it that he is using chipotle tabasco sauce with mayo and calling it chipotle mayo!!

That looks amazing Donal. Question though. Where I live, turkey is not readily available. What are other alternatives to the ground turkey? Would chicken do nicely?

Beautiful..without the mayo and cheese I would make it, and add some spices of chilli and tumeric instead to give a kick, and then workout like hell lol.
If you do all of that, you will be making something toally different. You can't say that you are going make what someone else has made if you change the entire recipe/ingredient list. You are simply making something that you like instead of what was shown in the video. I fI say I am going to make pizza, except there will be no crust, sauce, or cheese, it will not be pizza.

Donal, your vids are awesome... although something that's been giving my eye a twitch is the singular angle that the videos are being shot in... the shots are all coming in from your left. How does Tabasco = Chipotle? Genuinely curious. Don't know that I'd eat this for breakfast, but looks good.
but... tabasco isn't chipotle.... chipotle peppers are dried smoked jalapeños....
guess you should have mentioned it was the chipotle flavoured Tabasco and not just the regular cayenne flavour.
