it is mind blowing how much passion Gordon still has for cooking, it's amazingly shocking that he doesn't get burnt out for the amount of years he's being doing this.
amphetamins do its job
it's called a fake smile, he's literally an actor my guy
Imagine doing what you have done all your life, but now making even more money off of it just by doing it home and uploading it to youtube. Poor guy
@@EpicAMV911 It's more than just acting, I think he clearly has a genuine love for the craft.
@@CarlosRodriguez-fs7ln he also owns several restaurants....many of them Michelin Star...so not just a "CZcams" chef....

I busted out laughing when he said that!
To me it sounded more like "But this time I don’t have to share them with the Fr*nch"
@@Alusky Bouffon 🤣
"..except this time, I don't have to share them with the French.." Hahaha, this guy is hilarious. I don't even like capers but that first dish still looked so good.
So much passion in his cooking, love Gordon. One of the best chefs of our era.
🤣🤣🤣
My goodness, that sausage and cheese croissant would have me hospitalised with indigestion. I envy anybody who could eat that and actually survive the experience 🤣
Gordon’s breakfast is flawless. True chef.
WHAT ARE YOU
@@2darkdragon I am no one. No talen like him.
@Gordon ramsayy gotta love botting stuff huh
Gordon Ramsey is one of my favourite chefs. True dedication to his job
If I cooked an egg for 4 1/2 minutes, it would be hard boiled 😂
Every professional in any job, makes even the most difficult things to look easy. It is a pleasure, watching this man doing his job so effortlessly.
When he laid the hollandaise sauce on the egg my mouth literally started to water. Gotta go make breakfast now.
Gordon: You'll want to just manipulate the croissant
Me to the croissant: You really think your mother loves you?
I absolutely love watching Gordon Ramsay because he always has that energy "I'm not sugarcoating it because i don't need to. I'm a motherfuck3n pro!"
He's very serious about cooking and he is showing it with confidence.
Your wife is such a lucky lady, lol. I could watch you cook all day, it looks so delicious! I’m going to try these, thank you for your knowledge!! ❤

I was thinking the same, how lucky is his wife indeed hehe
@Crack Shot It's because she gets to watch him make this live, and to taste his great cooking regularly.
Love these “drool” videos! For me it’s woodworking, metalworking and cooking. It’s all about creating things from basic ingredients/components. Keep them coming.
I really enjoy all your home videos, you make it look so easy and inspire me to attempt these wonderful dishes. Thank you.
Your show has inspired me to start cooking instead of eating out! I’ve realized I can make better food (from most places at least) :) yum!

я это готовил сам. не сложно, но очень вкусно. попробуй)))
Thank you !!! ❤ I made these and let me tell you they were DELICIOUS my family was shocked 😂
Its nice to know that I've been making hollandaise for years, in almost exactly the same method as Gordon, only use oniony white wine vinegar (simmered with shallots) instead of tarragon.
Imma try that next time. I made this recipe as Gordon made it and tbh, while it was tasty and had a "clean" flavor, it was a little boring for the amount of effort xD
this sounds amazing
@@calebwoods9358 I haven't made it this way, but it does appear underseasoned. This would be an easy adjustment.
"Shave it thinner than you would a white truffle".

It looked so freaking good... Gotta try making my own version of it soon!
Ikr was thinking same thing always loved coocking and baking in the past wanna to make it my work but sadly cuz of the epilepsie i cant as ppl cant hv my back on epilepsie w/ tied up hands during work in a restaurant but still love love to do it at home
2 years later: I swear Im gonna make one soon

Love these breakfast recipes and hope to try them one day, especially the croissants (have to find the merguez first). Only minor nitpick is the knife change just before he cuts into the first croissant.
Haha I went back to look at that. Nice catch.
I hope you’ve found the merguez and tried the croissants by now - they are soooo delicious 🤤
@@angelpipessd Still working on that. One day...
I love these vids because i can actually pause them and make a grocery list and then pause it for every single step for my non chef self.
I often use parma in my Benedicts, along with toasting the English Muffin in a pan. Though I sort of cheat with using the immersion blender technique for the hollandaise. I used to use the double boiler technique and have even made it with direct heat. Only thing I really need to get better at is poaching eggs.

merguez = especially in tunisia
a spicy beef and lamb sausage colored with red peppers, originally made in parts of North Africa.
That "okay" at 0:03 really bringing back those vine memories
Mahn. At 1.30 in the morning i went and prepared some scrambled eggs for myself. I pretended like it's egg benedict and ate it.😌
I think this is the most yummy breakfast I’ve ever wished I had.
1:26, left over croissants from the day before? That will never happen in my house 😂
That first recipe reminds me of how you make tortas with birote bread.
The bread is very narrow so you dig into it to make a pocket and fit more food
this guy makes me wanna cook even i cant cook
havent you seen Ratatouille? Anyone Can Cook!
I’ve made the merguez fontina croissants sooo many times and they are absolutely deeeeelicious
My husband makes the boiled egg and anchovy soldiers all the time and loves it
We’ve learned so much about cooking yummy food from Gordon, he’s almost like an uncle
I recommend Joshua Weissman's videos, I'm considering his cookbook. And I recommend Ethan Chlebowski's videos as well.
Two things distinguish him from all other TV chefs: he loves to eat what he’s cooking, and he has tremendous knife skills.
Never used parma ham for my eggs benedict but I have some and might give that a try for Christmas breakfast, those croissants looked really good.
I love breakfast, GR does everything to perfection and he knows why he does things the way he does. Yes he is pompas but he is a expert in all kinds of food
I would love to have breakfast with Gordon Ramsey. That would be amazing.
Gordan Ramsay is one of the best chefs of all time! this man is a legend! He's helped me cook some amazing meals for my family (watching his youtube videos of course!)
1:20 he switches from his chef's knife to a serrated knife 😂 "oops, wrong knife"
The first time I tried it I was not a fan of it but also because I'm not a fan of regular ham. From what I've seen of this version though, I'm definitely willing to try it like this
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so thoroughly enjoyed this
Thankyou for blessing this world by sharing your cooking skills and recipes. I love breakfast more than any meal, so this is amazing. I will make every single one of these dishes.
0:02 why he rushin onto the scene like a police investigator 😭😭
That anchovy toast looks delicious Chef. I love anchovies on my Detroit style pizza. I'm the only one in my family that enjoys them. I just have a taste for them every once in awhile. Well wishes from Detroit, Michigan! The home of Detroit style pizza and Coney dogs!!
I need to branch out and try them.
Disgusting
The fact that you’ll eat that disgusting Detroit pizza says volumes.
@@ItsSoDane Have you ever even had good Detroit deep dish? You sound like you're talking out of your ass. I'll take it over Chicago deep dish cake pizza anyday
@Gordon ramsayy Bruh you cannot be serious 💀
I love over medium salt and peppered eggs and I love hollandaise sauce but I haven't ever coached the eggs to make eggs benedict or the soft-boiled eggs because I love my eggs with salt and pepper when I cook them I always make over medium eggs and butter but that looks really good maybe I'll try to make that
I don't know how this guy stays so thin. The food he prepares all looks amazing!

I have used Parma ham for Eggs Benedict and I actually prefer it to the traditional Canadian Bacon. Another great twist however is to use a smoked ham slice that is seared off - it adds another dimension and depth of flavor as well.
Growing up with Ramsay as my dad would make my pallet spoiled lolololol
Lord, I am gaining weight from just watching. It looks so fabulous compared to my boring breakfasts. Amazon car hop trays.

2:58 is that a stab at his french mentors haha
You make every single food look good and I don't know how
This guy's not actually a bad cook
Ahhh, classic Ramsey recipe video. Amazing recipes using only the finest of ingredients that no one can get unless they live in a massive city with a ton of specialized markets or order them online.
But seriously, all these recipes are amazing, but I've never seen a single one of his recipes be accessible to someone who's not pretty wealthy.
Fr. Not a great cook myself, but looking at the recipes, I can't even get any other cheese than the one that I've usually known.
That’s the reason GR is a chef, not a cook.
@@SGpre75 The only difference is cooks are willing to learn, and chefs throw a antrum whenever someone doesn't give their "expressive art piece of a dish" a 10/10 and praise them for it. Cooks like to cook, and chefs like to complain and feel superior.
A good professional chef should be able to cook with ingredients anyone can get, and not focus on others who only care about having the highest standards at fucking breakfast on a Tuesday
@@user-pm5tm5mz2n When did he say that you need to have high standards at breakfast? He also never said that you need the finest ingredients that are obscure to the rest of the world. I noticed that a lot of what you ranted about are based off of assumptions. Just because he uses the things that he has access to, doesn't mean that he is requiring everyone that's watching to buy the same exact things.
I recommend you to use the techniques he offers and work around the things that you dont have access to. Complaining about things won't be in your favor. From what I noticed, the only one throwing a tantrum right now is you (that's an exaggeration btw, don't get pressed bout it).
In regards to your chef/cook comment, I think it is ignorant because it lacks respect for the chefs who dedicated their lives to perfecting their craft. People get mad about things that they are passionate about, so it's not entirely childish to get mad when someone commits a "cooking sin" of sorts (as long as they give the other person an opportunity for correction).
@@isaacszeto2596 oooooo, someone's triggeeeered. Looks like I found a "chef". And even better you proved my point.
Someone sure likes making assumptions 😆. I knew a chef would reply with a tantrum but you gave me an even better one that I was expecting
For a chef the spent 3 years in Paris, his pronunciation of 'croissant' is shocking! ;-)
Well I tried it and went to a couple of egg yolks before I got the nice mozzarella looking egg yolk that I wanted can't believe I never thought of it before to boil the water at a little vinegar and salt with seasonings and in boil it til it floats to the top it looks so beautiful thanks Gordon Ramsay for sharing this with us let me go make my eggs all the time this way instead of on the stove burning and scraping away
