They each sing in their natural registers, you cannot train your voice to hit such low notes, you have to naturally be there. Nobody else has done this like them, with their high and low notes complimenting each other so well. Amazing.

As an old (72 yo) white guy, I love the Righteous Brothers. I have watched multiple reactions to their music but these two guys got it just right! Appreciation and respect for the music without trying to make themselves the total focus of the video. I will subscribe to and continue to watch these two young men.

A little info you might be interested in: Bobby Hatfield (the high voice) passed away in 2003. Bill Medley (who's 81 now) joined with Bucky Heard in 2016 and they tour and perform in Las Vegas doing Righteous Brothers songs. Also, Bill Medley and Elvis Presley were friends. This would make for a good reaction: Bill Medley Remembers Elvis Presley (9:45). He talks about their friendship and tells a couple fun stories about Elvis.

The version of this song by Gerry and the Pacemakers is the anthem for the football (soccer) club Liverpool FC. The song is sung by the club's supporters just before the start of every home game since 1963.

The song is from a 1945 Rodgers & Hammerstein musical titled "Carousel." It might be interesting for you hear a clip from the musical. The song is about hope at a very dire moment when all hope seems lost.

You could go back to their first minor hit, Little Latin Lupe Lu, which Bill wrote. They were rockers before their producer gave them ballads to sing, and their live shows were high energy and so much fun. Another fun song they wrote is You Better Find Yourself Another Man.

Raymond and Keylow- It is so refreshing to see your gorgeous reactions to the fabulous music by The Righteous Brothers. I would love for you to react to another duet by two talented women with incredible vocals and harmony. They are Sabine Devielbe and Marianne Crebassa who sing, "The Flower Duet". It is soooo beautiful that I cry every time I hear it.

  • @kathifielder1110

So beautiful!! I'd like to request their song "He". Also Elvis's version of a song you've reacted to by The Righteous Brothers: Elvis Presley You've Lost That Lovin Feeling Live 1970. The two versions are both amazing but very different from each other. And there's a group you probably haven't heard of who started in 1969 but only performed songs from the 1950s. They're silly and funny but also very talented musically. I'd like to see you react to Sha Na Na's version of "Unchained Melody".

His voice was like that.actually Bobby Hatfield had the tenor voice and Bill Melody was the baritone voice they shouldn't have blended together but they did and it was pure magic. They sang with their hearts and souls. BILL MELODY (BARITONE) IS STILL SINGING AND PERFORMING TODAY 2022. Listen to BROWN EYED WOMAN by Bill alone actually it was written just for him. THEY also did solos in their careers

When you're ready to take a look at some opera, please consider the famous Flower Duet by Delibes. There are many versions, but the link I provide I think is a perfect blend of two voices and a wonderful collaboration with the orchestra. It's not pretentious at all. I think you will like it. The soprano is Sabine Devielhe and the mezzo soprano is Marianne Crebassa. When I came across this version I thought about Raymond's question when reacting to "My Girl" by The Temptations "What does the month of May mean?" I think this performance will answer the question. czcams.com/video/C1ZL5AxmK_A/video.html. They sing in French. It seems like your only exposure to French was Lady Marmade. This might give you a sense of why French is one of the most beautiful languages. Righteous Brothers are wonderful. But there's a whole lot more of music to discover. Onward to 10,000 subs. You're almost there!
