    This recipe serves 2, each ramekin has only 150 calories of baked oats minus the dark chocolate. Addition of dark chocolate is optional, 4 squares of dark chocolate will be roughly around 200 calories, which makes each ramekin a total of 250 calorie with the addition of 2 squares of dark chocolate, chopped. You an of course reduce the dark chocolate to reduce the calories.

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 dates, medjool
    5 cashew nuts
    1/3 cup water
    2 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/3 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of pink himalayan salt
    1/2 banana
    a splash of vanilla extract
    3-4 square dark chocolate (optional) or can use dark chocolate chips.

    Made the same, instead used roasted instant oats as the whole oats had not yet been delivered. It turned out great. Next day even tried with the whole oats, same great taste, healthy and less in calories. Now, I make this every 15 days as a part of my cheat meal. Even my dietician loved this recipe when I shared this to her. Truly Amazing.

    hey i tried this recipe 2 times,but my brownie is always not cooked in the middle(looks perfectly fine from top).What do I do?And also which setting to use in oven while baking brownies(like top heat,top and bottom heat,top and bottom heat with fan etc.)?
