    Thank you so much for this recipe. My experience: if you have a hand beater try beating the wet ingredients ( we get a better banana paste) and don't skip the dark chocolate (it is the hero of this brownie) ❤️

    We don't get sprouted ragi flour in Usa unfortunately...but I made this with normal ragi flour and it turned out totally delicious.I make lots of ragi flour desserts, but had never thought of making brownie with it!! Even my 18 month old extremely picky eating daughter loved it.

    I like the idea of no refined flour and sugar in this. I cut down on the cocoa powder and used the lower option on the sugar.
