Made these last night and they're almost gone already, delicious! I was not measuring for peanut butter and overdid the PB a bit but still delicious and gave me more cookies. They are much better after they have been out of freezer for a while and held in refrig versus frozen. My daughter doesn't like coconut so mixed it all except the coconut and put a small amount in another bowl to add hulled hemp seeds to her mix. I sampled the hemp seed mix and liked it so much that I added hemp seeds to the coconut mix. Will definitely make these again, thanks for the recipe!

Eben Noble sorry I know this is a bit late. But both erythritol and stevia are known to be bitter and cause some headaches and/or stomach problems. People mix them because when they mix it, they cancel each other out. I know it doesn’t make sense. But a lot of people enjoy the combo to help with the aftertastes

Might melt 1/2 block of Bakers unsweetened chocolate, add 1 teaspoon melted Smart Balance purple tub butter substitute, stevia to taste and tablespoon melted chocolate ontop of refrigerator cookies, and it will make hard glaze and more chocolate flavor. Have modified batter and tried cookie batter with 1 Tablespoon of Muscle Milk Whey protein powder and 1 1/2 tablespoons quick oats flash toasted in lightly oiled fry pan to make it like a homemade protein bar.

Could one use a little bit of sproud unsweetened pea milk with the cocoa powder so it isn't so rich in dark chocolate? Imagine using Almond butter & chopped Almonds 😋. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing 😊

Day 3 on keto. Feel good. I'm craving something but idk what it is. It's not bread and it's not sugar. Maybe it's an apple. Oh well. Also. My carb total a day should be 30 but I try not to go over 20.

Actually haystacks involve butterscotch morsels and chow mein noodles.

Hemp hearts make these taste way more like the old school no bake cookies. I leave out the chopped nuts and add hemp hearts instead. Hemp hearts, coconut, peanut butter and cocoa/cacao, sweetener to taste and some salt if it needs it.

I do peanut butter, butter, and seeds, with cocoa powder sweetener, etc. Making it more cookie like would be nice.
