      So far when just using the swerve I don't seem to end up with a sweet tasting product. Next time I will try adding a couple of drops of liquid stevia to see it that helps .

    You can roll the dough in one big sausage and wrap it in a plastic wrap before putting it in the fridge. Then just cut it like a baguette to make neat and looking even pieces so you won't have to shape each and every one with your fingers.

      Facts. He’s the only one I trust, after making his keto ramen that he said would taste exactly like ramen out of the pack. Joe Duff did not bluff! Been following his recipes ever since, haven’t been disappointed yet.     Made them. Fantastic.
    I used two eggs as I have found the cookies I have made with just one were so delicate they would crumble just looking at them
    [ operator error likely ]. Used juice of one lemon as I didn't make the glaze [ no Swerve powdered fixed next trip to the store ] and wanted not to waste anything. Regular Splenda, sifted. The single lemon made them lemony but not overpowered by lemon flavor.
    A new favorite. And a very forgiving recipe it appears.
    These recipes are so simple. Plus I never have cooked much but since cutting out sugar and restricting carbos finding new recipes and ways to do things has been a lot of fun.

    My family LOVED THESE!! Soo good! Best cookie recipe ever! Tip .. I added a lil more swerve. Also I ran out of almond milk so I used heavy cream it worked out fine.. also lemon zest is a must!! It makes the cookies taste so much better. Yumm!!

    Feel good cookies. Thank you for sharing! I added more punch, though: 1 cup of Almond flour, 1 cup of Oat flour; added two packets of blue fake sugar to the powdered measurement; added a dash of lemon extract and the zest of two lemons. Glaze: I used concentrated lemon juice with the powdered sugar to really bring it all to a lemony pop in your mouth.

    Personally I'd also take the rind off that lemon for the oils, but that's just me. i.e. microplane and add.

    Delicious and easy to make. I used two lemons for extra zing and I used brown granulated erythritol for the glaze so they had a nice colour. . Made 16 Cookies and they got eaten within an hour by me and my family. Definitely make these again

    I use a mix of Swerve and Stevia to remove the cool aftertaste from Erythritol also some organic lemon zest made it more lemony. Thanks for the video.

    Wow I made these cookies. Easy to follow the recipe. They turned out very delicious. Except they were very gravels I tried very hard to prevent them from breaking into peace’s and crumbling but it was worth making them

      Yeah, easily double the glaze. I just spooned the glaze over the top as my cookies were falling apart in the glaze (I don't think I let them dry long enough before). So tasty!

    I made these. Turned out lovely but idk why the cookie batter was still too soft when I took it out of refrigerator after an hour. The cookies ended up being flat and large, not like yours. The taste was amazing though. Thanks.

      Skip the lemon add a little bit of almond extract to both the dough and the icing, but use a minimal amount because it's very strong, maybe 1/4 tsp to each. You can still use the vanilla too. Sprinkle with sliced toasted almonds while the glaze is still wet.

    Suggestions needed, if possible-- erythritol & allulose not agreeing with me at all-- even tiny amount-- I do use liquid stevita, but seems to be overwhelming when called for in desserts-- doesnt taste right--dry stevia has aftertaste-- thanks for any healthy alternative suggestions😁

      If you’re ok with some sugar the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (1/2 real sugar-1/2 Sucralose) is wonderful. Plus you’re only supposed to use half the amount of the swerve or real sugar that a recipe calls for. I love it because, as you said, sometimes I just can’t get used to the taste of the other substitutes in certain foods.

      @@valeriexoxo thank you for suggestion, however absolutely no sugar, fruit, or starchy veggies-- have lapband & important under 30 carbs a day-- will try BocaSweet( expensive 😲)& see how that agrees with me -- I do not use Splenda at all-- I like to try desserts & have maybe one portion for myself & send to front house for my family-- too carb addicted & cannot keep goodies in my house😏I eat a lot of leafy veggies, broccoli, etc, eating protein & fat is primary with lapband & no snacking!

      @@valeriexoxo I have read up & learned freezing methods for fresh herbs & freezing fresh veggies-- zoodles, etc-- always on hand & easy to defrost-- love the silicone reusable bags & I am a WI/ MN born & raised cheese love-- do use heavy cream-- no carbs & unsweetened toasted coconut almond milk for ccreamy, cheesy recipes- those cream/ milks for my homemade morning chai-- no coffee for me
