I am more of a poet than a copywriter actually, who writes just when I'm available or when I was not doing ESL teaching. I left my job to be a freelancer and landed a sales a job. Then they gave me the copywriter post since they are aware that I write. With no copywriting experience, I went on youtube and found your videos. Extremely helpful! Still struggling to follow every tip you've put out in the open but been making our clients happy. One even offered to increase how much we are charging him. Only thing I'm worried about is that my company, my boss, seems to not be prepared enough to give us our salary on time. I'm bingeing on your videos to learn more and be inspired to do more, if this salary issue continues, I might be confident finding new clients. Love my boss, but I have bills and obligations. Hey Alex - consider the free 'Read Aloud' Chrome plug-in. I use Grammarly Pro and am amazed how hearing my content read out loud catches nuances Grammarly misses. Plus it allows me to better 'hear' my content from my reader's perspective which often inspires tweaks to improve overall comprehension. I use Read Aloud for emails as well - and used it for this post. Grateful for your quality content!

I did NOT design my website! I hired a professional :) if that's not in the budget for you I would recommend going with a template - they often look great and you don't need any crazy skills!

Hmmm I don't have a video specifically covering formatting for emails. But I would say the general rule is to keep sentences and paragraphs SUPER SHORT. Use bolding sparingly.

Do you mean testimonials for you personally, from clients you've helped in the past?.. If so, then just reach out and ask if they wouldn't mind writing a short testimonial for you to showcase on your website.
If you're asking about getting testimonials from your client's customers, so you can showcase them on your client's sales page... then once again, you'll just reach out to your client and ask if they have customer testimonials they can provide.

There are tons of free options out there!
Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify are a few that come to mind.

Your ad is displaying in every youtube video i watch, but I'm not interested in sales and marketing may be your targeting is wrong, your ad appearing in millions of people who are not interested in this at all, and you're loosing so much money by that ad, you should definitely update that ad campaign.
