Is the aura not the energy field around us that we are trying to influence / manipulate with the waving movement of our hands, etc. in the first place? If not please clarify chi. Does it not extend out past the physical body? Thank-you Nick.
fantastic Nick I got into a deep flow state and worked through some tension. I feel alot in my feet working maybe because I'm not grounded (3rd floor) I could also be detoxing or building inner strength
It can take time for foot strength to catch up with the standing sets. Keep at it!

That was good! So would you recommend a qi cleansing flow towards the end of every practice? Generally I've been doing that at the start.
I usually do at least Pull Down Sky, which has a similar effect but using intent. It can be helpful to do some body brushing or tapping at the end, or simply to stretch intuitively.
