Great little house. The only thing I'd change is to scrap the covered porch for more living space. It's wasted space because there's no room to sit and enjoy the porch. I'd put the door where the opening to the porch is. Just bump out the steps a bit to allow for stoop at the doorway.

It's cute, but I would swap the kitchen and living spaces. I much prefer a bigger living area then cooking area. Also, I would think about extending the bathroom area and placing pocket doors in for the two bedrooms instead of "wasting" that hall space.

Very nice. The only quibble I have (that isn't personal preference), is the front door being a sliding glass one. While the additional light might be helpful, and the esthetic pleasing... there's a bit of a security issue, as I don't know that they can be locked well from the outside.

Imagine walking into main room from outside during winter or autumns' mud. And if you stay at home, instead of a TV you are watching big dining table from sofa :) 7 m2 second bedroom is also kinda extreme thing, even for temporary living.

Muy bonito diseño pero me he dado cuenta que colocas la cocina en la parte frontal estilo apartamentos. Se vería mejor con la Cocina donde está el comedor y viceversa.
Entiendo lo que dices, pero este es un problema cultural. Piense en la persona que hace el trabajo en la cocina ... Él o ella tendrían mucho más placer y luz natural de esa manera. La comida se come rápidamente, ¿entiendes? Como soy brasileño y noto que tú también eres latino, sé que en nuestros países durante muchos años la cocina ha sido relegada a un rincón oscuro de la casa. En este punto, estoy totalmente de acuerdo con el diseño estadounidense. Saludos!

The lounge room would be way too small for me, but besides that I really like this house
nice plan but really the lounge room should have been blended in with the kitchen somehow for space and functionality
Very nice house design,
I would bring the lounge wall put to where the bedroom wall is, making the lounge slightly bigger, also close in the the front patio entrance , half wall with big windows, allowing more light into the house which would also make the lounge a bit bigger.

Swap the kitchen/eating area (make into an L shape...sink and dishwasher on front window wall, stove and fridge on main BR wall), with the so called living space, extend it out (reduce outside garden by 1/2), replace the double glass door with a single door, place small café style table against outside wall, then maybe consider closet/storage space in bedrooms, then it might be acceptable!!!

The wincy garden bed, "deck" and covered porch are wasted spaces. The front porch needs to be closed in to make it a mud room or weatherproofed entrance. The deck is pointless and useless. The fridge area is not big enough for a family but would suffice for a single person who ate like a bird.

This tiny house need build in storages. Instead of walls for the bedrooms, I would opt for sliding doors and curtains that will open up the space and let more light in. Build in Chairs/sofa that can be double up as guest beds or storage.
How does one have sex in the bedroom with privacy if a few people live in the tiny house?
Common area needs to be bigger. Get rid of second bedroom to allow more space. Move master bedroom to where the second bedroom is. Remove sliders in the front to a door.
As long as there are no indoor hippies and everyone is outside most of time...great.

Price after it's built (ballpark figure of course)???
The deck and flowerbed cutting into living space is a huge design flaw. That living room is unreasonably small, it does NOT work. IMO, cut size of master bedroom (your eyes aren't open very much in a bedroom) and give all that space plus the porch and flowerbed to the living room. You can build a deck around the perimeter of the house. Also needs a wall of closets in each room. In this tight space you'll have to put all beds up on a built in platform with play/work/storage space below -- better yet, MURPHY BEDS!! They're the best! In my Brooklyn tenement I installed a 2nd hand Murphy bed to use my big front room as both living room and bedroom, then took the middle room as a full-time art studio. I really appreciated it, for $500.

I used to live in a house with almost this identical floor plan. I believe the house was 20ft x 24ft and it was 2 bedrooms. But there was a added on back porch

Beautiful, clean design but the living area is really non-functional. It’s too small to even enjoy much less entertain even one other person. 🌸
you can do how space you want ,this picture or plan is to good for idea...
Just move the front door and wall out a meter ( a few feet if not using metric)
Not bad except the very poor layout of the livingroom area where the only place ot put a chouch is sideways on to the TV so only the person sat at the far end of the couch can see the TV. That's not going to cause friction on a family. Get rid of half of that huge glass door so the couch can go against that wall and everyone on it sits facing the TV.

its an okay design but you lost me when i saw no closet or storage space and that second bedroom is to small would be a cleaner design if you enlarged the bathroom and gave the hallway/living room area more space and a better partition and also switch out a slider for a normal More SAFE front door.sliders are asking to get broke into no matter where you live.
Redcorvin you can literally buy a small closet from Walmart to build
