I love this design because the kitchen is separated from the living room. I don't like it when cooking smell spread in the living room. I would switch the kitchen with one of the bedrooms in the corner because the kitchen needs two opposite windows to facilitate airflow

Oh. my. word~ ! I love the presentation. A ramp included. A pocket? door between MY bedroom and the bathroom, LOVE it. Stackable w/d, fine. Nice front porch. The only changes would be: move fridge to wall next to laundry; put the stove in the place of the fridge...open that up and reverse the living room furniture...that way I can see the tv, while at the stove ! Just a little wiring change, lol. I know the big windows are illusions of space. I guess I am more of a cottage type person...not a fan of big windows; easy fix. -- This is the BEST small floor plan house, I have seen, and I look at floor plans, all the time. Very good job, congrats on the entire process.
Not bad,. There's a door between the kitchen and the livingroom/diningroom so that's a plus for people who want to use the rooms for different purposes at the same time withotu disturbing each other. Doing the same between the livingroom and the diningroom would be even better.
Too many windows taking up too much wallspace in the bedrooms for my liking.
And a bathroom with more than one door is always a bad idea. Sliding doors aren't good sound barriers so someone using the bathroom in the middle of the night would have a hard time not waking the people in the adjoining bedroom. Plus, they would have to be awake enough to rememeber to close and lock both doors for privacy on the toilet, then remember to unlock both before they stumble back to bed. Far better to have a nice solid wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and only one door into the bathroom, preferably from a hallway rather thn another bedroom.

nice design. request naman, design mo ako ng 7x5m loft simple finish box type house with 1 toilet & bath, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms at the ground floor, loft must have terrace. Roof must be shed or skillion type. Estimate mo na din ang cost. Wait ko dito sa youtube channel mo. Im already subscribed here in your channel.
This lovely. How can one get the plan.
Why have a large bedroom which is obviously the master room , without an en suite and worse still, having to walk through the living room to access the only other bathroom. WhY not move the kitchen further back and put in an en-suite between the bedroom and newly positioned kitchen..
The powder room currently a square room , could still be positioned off the kitchen , but make it lengthwise along the back wall. If more space needed for the new bathroom, pinch a little from the bedroom.k
