Awesome , hope it should have been terrace .
Terrace is necessary to soak dry clothes and to spend some time in evng and can sleep in terrace in summer season or to it can useful to give party to frnds or minor fuctions.

These overhanging accents on the walls at the front door and around the master bedroom might look good visually, but in practice they are every home owner's nightmare. Any level surface that allows precipitation to settle will eventually develop cracks through which moisture will seep in and will rot the insulation from the inside. Roofs are both angled and shingled and covered with waterproof material for a very good reason.
