First of all if you moved it under the stairs there would not be enough headroom in the bathroom to even stand up. Secondly, a second story bathroom is almost always built directly over the downstairs bathroom in order to lower cost by simplifying the plumbing (shorter runs, etc.), In fact, this is one of the first things you learn in first year architecture. And finally, while it would normally make sense to make use of the space under a staircase, in this case you would be completely ruining the aesthetics or that beautiful floating staircase. Of course, if this were to be built in the USA building code would require a hand railing which would also ruin the aesthetics of this type of staircase. In any case, what I cannot believe is how realistic these CAD renderings have become over the years. Pretty soon you won’t be able to tell the difference between these and the real thing.
@@SLOBeachboy it's a first floor bathroom. So no need to have one right above the second floor. And Its a half bathroom. Toilet seat on the smaller height.

2 bedrooms are too small. Why? You can redesign it with vertical air well (not horizontal), from that you can get light from air well, win from windows each room, while each room are still larger. Let think about it.
